Pros:

早餐超差，可選擇種類甚少，甚至連最基本的豆漿沒了，服務人員還會告訴你這是限量不補，這實在是太扯了。

櫃台服務人員無法及時協助旅客搬運行李
僅給旅客推車 冷冷的回一句我們沒行李員
回到櫃台繼續作她的事 當時櫃台大廳空無一人
旅館是服務業 適度的協助會給人很窩心的感覺
許多旅舍也沒有行李員
其他都不錯

quiet yet reassuring service
Pros:

awesome turnaround for an initial bad situation. was given a room that was not tidied, which shocked me. then it was replaced with a room of different and lesser view as it was the only other room with single bed inside, albeit on ground floor with inwards facing view, and at the end of a long walkway, which somehow is unspeakably awkward. after feedback, the front office not only upgraded me to a suite, they gave a local gaoliang and two fengshiye towels in apology. it turn out to give a well rested night, awaken to a morning view.
