員工訓練待加強
Pros:

交通方便，房價低廉，隔音效果不錯，很少有旅館能夠讓我一覺到天亮。

Cons:

傍晚入住時的年輕櫃檯小姐服務態度不佳，向她詢問停車場位置問題時，一副愛理不理的，不肯直接說明告訴我走哪條巷子就好，一直反覆跟我強調早上有發簡訊告知，這對外地到礁溪人生地不熟的人來說，是非常不友善的行為。
相對晚上6點以後的櫃檯人員，服務態度就好了很多，提出的困難都很樂意幫忙解決。
