Pros:

住宿地點近北辰市場。走路3分鐘內有一個免費的平面停車場。雙人床偏軟，夥伴翻身會被干擾到。住宿期間(住4晚)出現一隻蟑螂，告知櫃檯後，應該已經處理了。雖然附有中西式早餐，但是西式早餐只有土司和果醬，中式早餐較為豐盛，有提供兩種炒蔬菜(缺點：蔬菜是涼的)，對旅行無法吃到足量青菜的人來說棒。

位置很方便，在市區中心。
附近有市場，買吃的東西超級方便又快速。
唯獨設施舊了些，但不影響品質

Pros:

位置離市中心不算遠，步行10-15分鐘可到
離自由塔很近，需要坐公車的話，還算方便
服務人員態度良好，熱心幫忙安排行程，這一點有加分
設施偏老舊，清潔度算ok
樓下是農會超市，旁邊是傳統市場，算是方便
