硬體品質一般 家庭河景房風景還不錯 不過浴池以家庭房來說也太小了點 服務還不錯
之前看評論說隔音不好 住宿當天是端午節可能因為沒什麼住客 整晚倒是沒聽到任何噪音

別館離本館的步行距離大概五分鐘，如果是要外出吃飯也很方便，但如果要使用大眾池就比較不方便，也還需要150/人加購大眾池湯券。

價格過高，以一房一晚8000多台幣而言，住宿品質不值得此價格。（非連假的週六）沒有電梯，像一般民房連通起來的奇怪格局。

房間位置與地圖不符合
Pros:

過年期間房價高可以預期，但應該清楚告知房間位置跟Google Map上隔到底多遠，一晚16500這個價格完全不含早餐，加上房間離本館谷關鬧區超過300公尺的上斜坡讓行動不便老人家完全走不到非常不便。
浴室完全沒有掛毛巾的掛勾需改善。

房間還不錯，早餐是套餐式的，有沙拉，泡湯浴缸很舒適，不過冷氣吹出來的風有霉味，房間外的桂花巷半夜會有人經過，交談的聲音會傳入房間，睡覺怕吵的人要注意一下（我是入住168號房）

床單有染色汙點。老舊冰箱會出震動聲。早餐沙拉生菜葉已黃不新鮮，只有一份小三明治。房間內大浴缸泡湯是唯一可加分。沒有大眾池。

Pros:

服務上來說，還不錯。
需改善的地方就是，浴室泡澡的池子清潔的不夠，要使用的時候還有發現前面使用人的頭髮；另外房間內的拖鞋、毛巾浴巾，真的十分建議更新，拖鞋看就老舊，毛巾浴巾的邊角也有破損，這些物品都沒多少錢，但觀感真的不佳；隔音真的很差，但可能真的無法改善。
