Pros:

A equipe do hotel foi bem atenciosa, principalmente após vencida a barreira inicial da língua. Destaques para duas recepcionistas muito atenciosas e com um inglês impecável. Maior destaque ainda para a moça que atende no café da manhã. Além do ótimo inglês, foi também muito solícita, prestativa e disponível. Essas três pessoas, de uma equipe de 7 que interagi de alguma forma, já compensaram com folga qualquer tipo de barreira. Pontos positivos, além da equipe: banheiro com box fechado, e sem banheira; café da manhã simples mas variado, com destaque para alguns itens típicos da Rússia. Pontos negativos: limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, tendo sido efetuada apenas uma vez, após a primeira noite, de um total de quatro noites que fiquei hospedado; faltou uma cortina black-out, pois no verão o dia clareia as 05:15 da madrugada; faltou isolamento na porta do quarto, que no meu caso, era no andar térreo, ao lado da barulhenta recepção, Wi-Fi muito limitado, lento. Dica para a Hotels.com: avisar/lembrar ao hotel, com antecedência de 48/24 horas, por e-mail, quando a reserva já estiver totalmente paga diretamente no site, quando de sua efetuação. Demorei até que eles entendessem que eu não precisava de pré autorização via cartão de crédito no check-in.

Charming hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located at a 5-minute-walk to the metro station where you can find many shops, cafes and a supermarket. And the Cathedral Mosque in Moscow is in just 2 minutes walk. maybe because of it, the hotel is Muslim friendly ex. Qibra sign in the room, halal sign at breakfast. The room is compact but clean, simply decorated, cozy.

Pros:

Гостиница на твёрдую четвёрочку. Из недостатков: на полу в туалете валялись обрывки туалетной бумаги, держатель т. бумаги сломан. Всё довольно новое, в плане ремонта, но сделано кривовато (плитка положена криво) и с и не очень продумано.

Pros:

Небольшой, уютный отель. Собственная парковка. Отзывчивый персонал. Достойный завтрак. Для этого района Москвы очень хороший вариант.
