La literie est très confortable on y dort bien, impeccable.
Service bagagerie parfait.

El desayuno

​El proceso de llegada fue bastante caótico y frustrante. Primero nos dieron una habitación equivocada que ya estaba ocupada cuando llegamos. Además, habiendo hecho el pre check-in para entrar a partir de las 15:00, llegamos a las 16:30 y nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista. Tuvimos que insistir para que la limpiaran y esperar otros 10 minutos.

Por si fuera poco, en otra habitación que habíamos reservado (la 724) la pantalla del aire acondicionado estaba rota además la cama supletoria no es que sea super cómoda. En cuanto a las instalaciones, no tiene piscina propia (solo el Hilton de 5 estrellas de al lado) y los 3 ascensores se quedan muy pocos para la cantidad de gente que hay; se tarda una eternidad cada vez que quieres bajar.

Le séjour à été parfait
Pros:

Le personnel du restaurant est très accueillant et les bagagistes aussi. Par contre pour l’enregistrement à l’arrivée, l’hôtesse n’était pas du tout accueillante.

Cons:

Ménage des chambres boycotté. Oubli des sacs poubelle, de serviette et papier toilette.
