Pros:

1. The breakfast spread was fit for a King. Superb.
2. Ms Wafae, who was welcomingguests to the Breakfast was very pleasant and customer friendly. It was a pleasure to interact with her each morning. I requested her to provide a shower cap for my wife, which she immediately assisted with.
3. We were upgraded to a better room with view of the sea as we are Hilton Honors member.
4. Location of Hotel is in close proximity to railway station, so we walked up to it and didn't have to depend on Taxis, who are not pleasant in Morocco

Cons:

There was no aspect of the Hotel which didnt meet our expectations. We would always patronise them.

The Taxis in Morocco are dirty, non airconditioned and drivers fleece the tourists always.In our 11 days tour of Morocco, there was only 2 occasions when we were charged by the Meter. Rest of the drivers are over charging always.
Marakech airport has a govt approved Taxi Stand.
There is no Careem service. we tried booking in Tangier and it didnt come.
Govt shud immediately improve petit Taxi services.

The staff are very good.

Cons:

The dinner food wasn't varied, and the juices and sodas weren't free. This is what I didn't like. Naturally, a person wants to drink something with their food, otherwise why would I have paid for an open buffet dinner without drinks?

The staff are absolutely amazing. I got a sea view room with fantastic view. The room is spacious, lovely and comfortable. Location is great.
