Servicio poco atento y problemas en la habitación.

Local perfeito para Paracas, do lado da praia na boca dos restaurantes.

O bacana que o hotel possui também uma agência de turismo para reservar os passeios para a Ilha Ballesta e Reserva Nacional

Estancia cómoda y relajante.
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, cerca a todo.
El desayuno muy bueno.
No hay bulla del exterior en la noche.

Cons:

En la habitación habían focos que no se encendían.
El baño limpio pero no tenía percheros para las Toallas y la ropa.

Reserve una habitación doble en el hotel MAR AZUL en paracas y al llegar la señora en recepción muy corta de empatía simplemente miro un papel y dijo que no hay reserva, hizo una llamada y me dijo que no habia ninguna reserva cuando yo tengo las pruebas de la reserva hecha hace unos días en booking, la forma en la que se expresó la recepcionista fue grosera, antes de grabarla solo mecionaba “no es mi problema” cuando le pedía una solución, la señora era super agresiva cuando respondía no tenía trato hacía el cliente solo cuando se dio cuenta que la estaba grabando bajo la voz y cambio totalmente de actitud, yo soy una persona que no se altera fácilmente pero la falta de empatía de la señora al responder me saco de mis casillas.
Es feriado largo y en paracas todo estaba lleno, gracias a dios encontramos hotel, creo que hay maneras de decir las cosas por parte de la recepcionista y el hotel no recibimos ni un “lo siento” ni una disculpa de su parte, solo nos trataron horrible a penas entramos mi hermana y yo en el hotel.

Pros:

Leuke accommodatie met voldoende faciliteiten, gelegen aan een levendige straat dus daar moet je wel even tegen kunnen met slapen en vroeg wakker van het verkeer
