Renovation hotel
Soft beds by local standards. One of the few places with relatively soft beds in Vientiane. Staff is nice too.
Fairly modern decor. The beds were very comfortable. The room has a decent amount of space. The staff were helpful too.
The drains smelt exceptionally bad which let down our stay. We notified the hotel and their only solution was to give us some air freshener to resolve this. However, the issue goes beyond some air freshener.

lots of stairs so avoid if you have heavy bag, shower didn't work properly don't book bus ticket here most expensive we were quoted
The hotel looking good from outside but the room was not good at all, after i open the door the smell stink like the trash bin all over the room from the toilet. Impossible to sleep like that, the staff came to spray but it doesn’t help the smell
