Solo puedo hablar bien de este hotel, relacion calidad precio es muy buena, pero sobre todo destacaria al personal y en especial Amine que hizo todo lo que estuvo en su mano para que nos sintieramos como en casa. Destacar que habiamos leido malas criticas sobre la comida... y la verdad que a nosotros nos pareció todo lo contrario, la ceba es muy buena, con mucha variedad y platos elaborados, dignos de cualquier restaurante... y el desayuno tambien bastante completo, asi que yo le pindria un 10 entendiendo siempre que es dentro de la categoria de un hotel de esas características....
Solo un apunte, la ducha es muy estrecha.. salvo eso muy buena estancia.

Une seul lit alors que réservation avec 2 lits. Accueil désastreux refusant de discuter, voire même agressif.
La plupart du personnel ne parle que espagnol. Portes d’entrée bloquées ouvertes en permanence d’où froid dans les communs.

La restauration du soir et le petit déjeuner qui sont à l extérieur dans un autre hôtel à 500m. Nous n avons pas pu déjeuner car on nous dit le soir à 7h30 sauf qu il n ouvre qu'à 8h nous avons déjeuner ailleurs😡 le confort du lit très moyen la salle de bain trop petite et vétuste

Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean, check in was very efficient and friendly. The room was small and a bit dated decor-wise but everything functioned well.

Cons:

Sadly the breakfast was very disappointing. We arrived at 09h00 for it and most of it had gone and while we were told that more eggs would be coming shortly, none did. There was just one piece of bread (for toasting) and a few croissants/pains au chocolat left.

Súper recomendable este hotel. Queda cerca de las pistas, el alojamiento está perfecto para el tiempo que se pasa en él si realmente vas a esquiar y la comida también está bastante bien ya que es variada y bien cocinada. Sin duda alguna lo mejor de este hotel es el personal, de hecho nosotros decidimos alargar la estancia y quedarnos dos días más en este hotel gracias a sentirnos como en casa. Tanto el camarero de las tardes que si mal no recuerdo se llamaba Amine como la chica que está en los desayunos son un encanto y súper atentos a que no nos faltase de nada. Seguramente volvamos a Pas de la Casa y volvamos a quedarnos en este hotel. Enhorabuena por el personal que tenéis ya que sin duda alguna es lo que marca la diferencia.
