Too much skoming smell
The breakfast menu is almost the same every day, so I would suggest adding more variety. However, the location is very good. Kong was very helpful and provided excellent support during our stay. The GM was also very kind and helpful. I really appreciate their hospitality and assistance.
I experienced some issues with the payment process. The initial payment was made through Booking.com, but the property did not receive the funds. As a result, I had to ask a friend in China to make a deposit and guarantee the booking.
I paid the hotel upon check-in and later received a refund from Booking.com. I would suggest offering a direct payment option to avoid last-minute cancellations or payment-related issues.
The staff were very helpful, the service was exceptional, the cleanliness was 5 star, room was serviced every day with fresh vacuum and linen. The buffet breakfast food was of a high standard. It was handy to the metros, shopping mall and food alley. I would definitely stay here again

Fue muy cómodo, incluía shuttle a la feria y además al llegar te daban snacks y te recibían con fruta etc. Pude lavar mi ropa, me limpiaban todos los días la habitación. Tenían todos los utensilios necesarios para la ducha, la cama etc

Que no funcionaba bien la TV
El alojamiento esta frente a un centro comercial , te llevan y te traen de la canton ,no es ruidoso la zona, la vista es linda, el personal muy atento, y sobre todo la comida del desayuno, soy latina y me encanto muy variado, al final de mi estancia me dieron souvenir
Bueno es que esta a 50 minutos la feria , asi que no vale perder el bus jejej

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s conveniently located directly across from the mall, and the metro is just yards away, making it very easy to get around and explore the area. We never attended breakfast.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. One of the biggest issues was the constant noise—doors slamming, loud conversations, and even yelling late into the night, making it very difficult to get proper rest.
Housekeeping was also very disappointing. During our stay, the room was not properly cleaned. The only things done were emptying the trash and changing the towels. The shower and toilet area were never cleaned, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, the condition of the room itself needs serious attention. The carpet was heavily stained, and the curtains were old and torn, giving the room a worn and neglected feel.
Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or comfort. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
