Cons:

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, le falta orden en las áreas poco visibles y un poco de uniformidad en la arquitectura general del complejo.
El desayuno es muy pobre y como es buffet asistido, sirven muy poca proteína y te miran feo si pides más.

Más es la venta que la realidad.
Pros:

Se dice que el desayuno es buffet y no lo era, he ido a hoteles que realmente tienen una gran variedad de platos, en este caso era elegir entre dos y luego solo habia fruta, café, pan y yogurt.

Cons:

Que realmente el desayuno fuera un buffet, luego las playas del hotel no son precisamente para nadar, el lugar está muy retirado de todo lo demás por lo que si deseas hacer turismo todo tiene que ser taxi y el lugar está muy retirado de todo.

No hubo nada que me impactara.

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno es regular: te sirven las porciones medidas y no hay mucha variedad. Durante nuestra estadía, en algunos momentos algunos productos se agotaron y la demora para reponerlos fue larga, a pesar de que el hotel no estaba lleno.
El servicio del personal del restaurante en horas de la noche es bastante regular; los meseros, todo el tiempo, en su celular, y parece que te estuvieron haciendo un favor y que les molestara la presencia de uno.
El hotel se ve un poco desmejorado y definitivamente le falta mantenimiento.

El personal y la calidad humana son excelentes. las picinas muy limpias!. El restaurante esta muy bueno y las comidas deliciosas. las playas y el mantenimiento del lugas son fantásticos. Nunca encontré ningún baño ni sector sucio.

algunas noches había un animador ... la verdad es que no estaba bueno, condicionaba un poco la estadía en el lugar... quizás las noches donde trabaja, se debería abrir otro espacio mas tranquilo. El gimnasio y el sauna estan medio abandonados
