Hotel Budva

Rooms cramped. Too tight around wardrobe area. No full length hanging for dresses. Poor breakfast. Breakfast buffet poor layout. Staff not very friendly except housekeeping staff who always greeted us.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant , the hotel was 5 star quality and a great location near to the old town .The biggest draw back was the food which was certainly not 5star quality. We were on half board so meals were buffet style, the problem was the cooked food was rarely hot and had been stood for some length of time as evening meals were from 7 to 9 . Breakfast was very similar and not much variety. We complained to the manager and the same night there was an improvement, we were also told we could choose off of the main menu at no extra cost.This was much better as the food was cooked to order and had not been stood for some time going cold.At times the plates were hotter than the food, all in all a nice hotel spoiled by sub standard food.I will not be going back

Lovely hotel in a great position. Beautifully decorated throughout, good food, Great swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. On the terrace you have to go through the cafe part to use showers & Sauna better if they had a door going straight out
We had a city view which was lovely, if you pay for a Beach view there are Trees and a Ferris wheel in the way of the View

This is our second time in Budva and we chose this hotel because of its closeness to old town. Place incredibly clean and staff very helpful . The pool area is a bit on the small side but gives good choice of lunch food and drink. Staff at pool also very good. We booked half board so if I come again would do B&B. They didn’t offer buffet evening meal but a set menu each day and whilst food was delicious menu had limited choice. We decided after two days to eat out in evening as there was so much good choice nearby. Would definitely use hotel again if we came and we loved drinking on the outside terrace in the evening people watching.

Nice room and balcony facing the seaside promenade, but still quiet. Great breakfast and possibility to sit in the yard. Poolarea is small but very nice, both for sun lovers and if you want shadow. Nice staff, very helpfull and serviceminded.

Great hotel , very clean , lovely rooms which are a good size.
Breakfast buffet was very good. We ate once in the evening and food was very good too.
Perfect lovationy

We stayed at Hotel Budva from the 27th June to 4th July. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach front and old town. We asked if we could move room for a better view and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating in facilitating this. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is well decorated and very clean everywhere. We could not fault this hotel and would definitely book to stay here again.

Excellent, friendly little hotel. Perfect place for vacation or weekend, good location, great spa, great kitchen! Best of all, wonderful people, open and always ready to help, to make your moments spent in this hotel even more pleasant! Thank you for everything! I hope I'll come again!

The hotel itself is stunning! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size and always spotless following a housekeeping visit. The food was lovely, with a large range of options for breakfast. The pool area was nice and quiet. We paid a bit extra for a sea view room which I imagine would be much better than looking at the shopping centre on the other side. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all and would absolutely stay here again! :)

Excellent hotel in all ways.
Firstly, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. at a very short walking distance from the old city and located just in front of the sea front with all the restaurants and the cafes.
Nice, welcoming and professional staff.
Beautiful, comfortable large rooms. fully equipped bathrooms.

Perfect location. A warm welcome already at the (free) parking lot. Fast check in. Completely refurbished sizable rooms with a balcony facing the sea and impressive garden. Roomy walk in shower. A minibar full of drinks and snacks. Prompt room service. . ....and a very satisfactory breakfast What else can I ask for?.

Hotel Budva is amazing
Rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained. Food is great with breakfast with great choices for everyone. The location is amazing, close to old town, close to beach, close to supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived to find a funfair in front of the hotel instead of seaviews. Left immediately . Definitely not what was advertised. Told Ferris wheel would shut down lights and music at 11. Not very helpful for restful holidays.

Nothing else to say except this won't let me leave a review less than 200 letters so writing useless words . The hotel may have been nice but we did not stay long enough to find out

One of the best hotels ive stayed at hands down. Very clean, great location, affordable, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and room was comfortable and quiet.

Day 1 - I asked for an iron and ironing board. I was told by the reception staff that it was a 5 star hotel so they don't supply these items as they offer a laundry service you have to pay for. This is the first time I have been to a 5-star hotel that doesn't supply you with an iron.
Spending my money on ironing is not something I want to do with my holiday spending money. The items I did need ironing were just left in the bathroom with the shower on hot, to steam out the creases.
The bathroom products were not 5 star. The towels were small bath towels

The breakfast certainly wasn't 5 star. Some of the choices were chicken wings, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Chicken hot dogs that looked like the most processed food item I have ever seen. The pastries were mediocre only 2 to choose from, the cake selection didn't look great. Fruit was fine.
Tea and coffee were from a machine. I have never been to a 5 star hotel were the staff didn’t serve you your tea and coffee at breakfast. The staff were slow in collecting your used plates and cutlery and the 2 times we were at breakfast at 8am there was no staff at all until about 9am.
Once the spoons at the tea point ran out they didn't seem to be replaced.
A few days into our holiday the peppermint tea had run out. So I asked if they had more the waitresses proceeded to get a full box from the stock cupboard under the tea point. So they weren't even checking on the supplies for the guests.
Location - was perfect for the old town 5-minute walk however the area at the back of the hotel that faces the beach is very run down. So not a great view. This is where you have your breakfast.
Sun loungers - about 98% of the sun loungers had a rip in them making them slightly uncomfortable to lie on as your body dipped in the centre.
The hotel was very clean and modern so looked like a 5-star hotel but certainly didn't feel like I was on a 5 star holiday.

Definitely not a five star hotel. The room smelling cigarette and the carpet was not cleaned enough. We booked a room with sea side but there is a big ferris wheel just in front of the hotel. Coudn’t see anything. Gym and sauna work just until 7pm. Staff seems bored most of time. Location is good, near old town, but noisy. For sure there are better 5 stars options in Budva.

What I liked about this hotel is its close proximity to different beaches nearby; the location is perfect as it is close to restaurants, shopping center, and walking distance to Old Town. The services and amenities are all good, but not excellent. I would say it is more of 4 or 4.5 star hotel.

Hotel Budva is the best hotel and has the best staff. Customer care and service is excellent and I would recommend this hotel anytime.
