Pros:

I plan to stay for short time on the beginning at the hotel them i extend it for all my trip 21 day the staff is helpful and very friendly i feel like i am at my home very safe hotel.
the staff is really a good assist for the hotel special thank to Mr basam , abdalla homam hamza and amer.


parking also is good and safe

Cons:

nothing just some noise from the street incase if you have main street view but the room which i had is big to have a beds to two of my kids.

It was pleasant stay, Thanks for the reception team for their hospitality and cooperation !

Staff were very cooperative and friendly, the location is great

Cons:

the noise dur to wedding party, the door keys were not functioning well and elevator is very slow

الفندق يجمع بين الموقع الرائع مع كرم ضيافة وترحيب غير مسبوق من الموظفين بالاضافة الى السعر المميز قلما تجده في الفنادق الأخرى.
اريد ان اشكر كل من عبدالله وبسام وإبراهيم في مكتب الاستقبال بالاضافة الى عامر عند مدخل الفندق حيث اظهروا لنا كرم ضيافة وترحاب غير مسبوق بالاضافة الى مهنيتهم العالية في العمل.

لم يعجبني عدم توفر مجفف شعر (سيشوار) ومعدات لتحضير القهوة أو النسكافيه في الغرفة. كما أن التكييف لم يكن قويًا بما يكفي، وشعرت بالحرارة أثناء الإقامة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان صوت الأشخاص في الممرات مرتفعًا ومزعجًا بعض الشيء.

Great combination of hospitable staff, location and price
Pros:

The hospitality of the staff is overwhelming they always have a smile on their face along with their professional hospitable conduct, make me feel like im at home.
Many thanks to Abdullah, Ibrahim, bassam at the reception office and amer at the entrance they all have showed me overwhelming hospitality that I rarely find in other hotels.

Cons:

Nothing the hotel has the perfect combination of hospitality and price.
