Un peu décevant

Nous avons apprécié le personnel très a l'écoute, très soucieux notre be être.
Bonne emplacement, quartier agréable au calme, plein de restaurants e toutes les commodités.
Le petit dej équilibré et copieux.

Cons:

Quand on arrive on s'aperçoit que l hôtel est en travaux.
On nous donne une chambre minuscule ( la 205) avec une toute petite fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir. Les plaintes du sol sont rongés ainsi que les murs de salle de bain écaillés par l'humidité. Donc non conforme à la belle chambre présentée sur le site.
Très peu de connexion dans les chambres.
Le personnel a été compréhensif et nous a changé de chambre.

Location was in a lovely part of town. Stones throw from great nightlife and restaurants. Great vibe to the area and 100% safe. Lovely pizza place across the road

Las instalaciones están mal acondicionadas, paredes rotas en el lobby y en el comedor. Las sillas están n el lobby están muy sucias y viejas No hay lugar a descansar porque hicieron obras en la entrada y el martilleo no dejó descansar en horas del día.

Pésima atención en el comedor. La señora del servicio a las 9:30 am a la hora del desayuno se negó a prestar el servicio y luego nos dijo “tocará” brindar el desayuno. Obviamente rechazamos el servicio por tan mala atención.

Por costumbre el check in y el check out es a las 3:00 pm y nos obligaron a desalojar la habitación a esa hora.

Por favor no recomienden a este hotel, lo dejan como primera opción y no es justo que uno escoja este horrible hotel, existiendo otros hoteles en el sector de los Laureles.

Breakfast was great.
Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Had a room without windows, so the option was the AC and I don't like using it because if affects me.
Room was going through some renovations, the floor was extremely dusty and had little debris over the floor.
Bathroom cabin was damaged and didnt feel very safe, also there were open vents on the ceiling of the room and had lights in them, quite suspicious.
