Ubytování jako na zámku s královskou péčí
Pros:

Ze všeho nejvíc chci pochválit nesmírně milý, vstřícný a pečující personál, který udělal všechno pro to, aby byl náš pobyt příjemný a pohodlný. Hotel je krásně vybavený, atmosféra jako na zámku. Snídaně byla skvělá, wellness příjemné a moc fajn paní masérka. Jídlo v restauraci výtečné.

Krásný areál, prostorné pokoje, nádherná restaurace s vynikajícím jídlem, velmi příjemný a usměvavý personál. Možnost privátního wellness s vířivkou, saunami, odpočinková místnost. Přestože jsem jen projížděla a byla ubytována jen na jednu noc, moc jsem si pobyt i s mými psy užila, zastavila se a zrelaxovala :-)

v izbe nam bolo velmi teplo, izba nemala okno, iba dvere, ktore nemali sietku proti hmyzu, tak sme si nevedeli vecer ani vyvetrat

Příjemný personál. Skvělá večeře. Nic není problém. Velmi krásná atmosféra.

A beautiful place with great staff and food, but not comfortable enough during winter.
Pros:

The property is large, beautiful, and well maintained. Our room was spacious with good quality furniture. The staff were very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the restaurant, and the massage, which was very relaxing.

Cons:

There is no proper heating in winter and only portable heaters are used. One heater stopped working and the replacement was very noisy. Another one stopped during the night and the room temperature dropped to around 16 degrees. For a price over 200 euros per night this was disappointing. Also, a large part of the complex was closed during winter.

Úžasná matrace na posteli :-) - perfektní spánek a odpočinutí si. Personál obrovsky přátelský, shovívavý, aktivní. Krásný areál a příroda kolem pro volnočasové aktivity. Vřele doporučuji.

Cons:

Tak jako v každém ubytování, odzvučení stěn.
