Property looks great, but when checking in receptionist unpleasant. Wi-Fi/internet does not work at all, can not even find the connection. Room was VERY CLEAN, staff at housekeeping and breakfast very wonderful with a greeting and a smile. The dirt/rock road to get to our room was nasty and uncalled for when everything else was well maintained, I think it was the receptionist at check in that was unpleasant, rude and unprofessional, her name starts with an A. They could also do something about their Wi-Fi and dirt/rock road. I could of given them a higher mark but 3 things were not to expectations, especially receptionist

Nice hotel - but not a 5-star
Pros:

It is a resort complex with panoramic view to sea. The hotel is relatively old, but the facilities were adequate and the rooms spacious and comfortable. There were some areas for improvement, such as cleanliness, water pressure, the wi-fi, insects, but in general a good hotel. Not a 5-star for sure though.

Pros:

Our unit was up on the top of the hill. Parking is a bit of an issue especially if your car is medium size to big.

Weather spoiled it
Pros:

Weather was poor meaning couldn’t use all facilities bathroom smelt at times and our room had barely any hot water, breakfast was great the lady cooking the eggs did a great job

The service was not great, as we were eating one of the staff members came to the table and started removing the jams and the salt shakers with out even asking .

Room was up on the hill & quite a walk, many steps or steep road from main area where breakfast is served.
