Ekaterina Hotel

Очень хороший отель, уютный, с антуражем, хорошее расположение (рядом с дворцовой площадью). Проживали в номере на мансарде, в номере есть все необходимое; чайный набор, воду и пр. докладывают на следующий день в полном объеме без напоминаний; бесплатный минибар был приятным бонусом к проживанию. В номере было тихо.
минусы: в номере жарко, отвратительный душ.

Хорошее местоположение, красивые интерьеры, но для номера Де Люкс ламинат «под дерево» и пластиковые подоконники «под мрамор» смотрятся дёшево. Очень посредственный завтрак, выбор блюд маленький, как будто «вчерашнее». Персонал на завтраке не на 5*,,э на просьбу принести кофе, скучно отсылают к кофеварке.. итого: отель на 5* явно не тянет.

This hotel is an excellent 4 star property. Great rooms, well equipped, free snacks/soft drinks from the mini bar (a nice touch!) and the staff is super helpful to foreigners.
We arrived short on rubles for our cab fare and they paid it for us and simply charged our card. What great hospitality! They helped us and looked out for us as tourists at every turn.

We will stay again and recommend any visitors to stay with them.

The location is excellent too!

Лучший отель. Обслуживание очень хорошее. Бесплатный мини бар. Завтраки выше всякий похвал, шампанское , фреши, пашот с раковыми шейками , потрясающие блинчики, яичница с перепелиными яйцами итд

Amazing. Unbeatable location and service, with friendly staffers able to accommodate everything from a taxi to tickets to the Mariinsky ballet. Clean, beautifully decorated, very cozy, and spacious rooms. The hotel's atmosphere really added to our St Petersburg experience as it reminded us of the palaces we would visit during the day. The restaurant is delicious with white glove service for very decent prices! Highly recommend.

Une situation géographique parfaite pour la découverte du centre historique de St Petersbourg. Etablissement de qualité, le confort est au rendez vous. Seul bémol le prix du petit déjeuner excessif.

Situé sur la très chic « rue des millionnaires », l’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter l’Ermitage, distant de 5 minutes à pied.
En revanche, le métro le plus proche est à environ 15 minutes et les arrêts de bus peu nombreux. Mais il y a déjà de quoi s’occuper aux alentours immédiats !
Notre chambre avec mezzanine s’appelle « Dostoïevski », quelques portraits austères de l’écrivain étant accrochés aux murs. La décoration est « classique » et élégante.
Nous avons une très belle surface et deux salles de bains.
Le personnel est serviable et efficace pour des services de type réservation de restaurants et de taxis.
Un seul petit reproche : le ménage n’est pas fait à fond (une plume de pigeon n’a pas bougé du parquet pendant trois jours).
Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant attenant est dispensable : cher (2.000 Rub) avec des produits de qualité médiocre. C’est dommage, car les autres repas y sont excellents.

현대적인 인테리어 보다 클래식한 디자인이 더 마음에 들었습니다. 건물 전체에서 느껴지는 향도 좋았구요. 위치도 좋아서 이동하기에 편했습니다. 한국인들의 취향에도 만족스럽습니다.

Hotel molto bello in centro. Camere spettacolari, ottima la colazione.

на любой вопрос на рецепшен - ответ нет . И после доп пояснений приходит понимание , что всё-таки можно сделать.

Beautiful place and great location. We had a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, and the nice patio outside is perfect to enjoy a drink or have dinner. The staff is really nice, just wish they would speak a better English to help more with activities and things to do. Would go again, and would advice the hotel.

The hotel certainly matched our highly expectations and even more. Warmly recommend to those who are willing to pay a little more and get a lot more.

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de San Petersburgo; excelente para visitar los puntos de interés de la zona.
El personal muy amable y atento.

Atendimento, localização excelente a menos de um km das atraçoes como o museu Hermitage, igrejas, restaurantes, passeios de barco,etc.
Quarto confortável, WiFi muito bom.

Tout est excellent! un service à tout les niveaux de très bonne qualité! Service,propreté, qualité dans les détails dans la chambre c'est retourner dans la qualité dans l'ancien temps avec la nouvelle technologie! il n'y a rien qui nous a déplus et ne pas oublié le taxi de l’hôtel qui parle anglais c'était notre Batman avec sa Batmobil
