Struttura abbandonata , piscina per bambini piena di insetti e sporcizia , il letto in camera mi ha rovinato la schiena , il balcone che affacciava in vuoyo di 5/8 metri privo di ringhiere e con un bimbo di 2 anno non l'ho mai aperto , cibo pessimo personale scarso in tutto e per tutto , unica nota positiva che ti trovi a 5 minuti da tropea

Very good location but it needs an update. The Bar early had anything . Cannot but anything but need to top up a card at the reception such is not close by the beach . The staff very friendly but definetely not a 4 star hotel. I would day 2.

Paesaggio incantevole villaggio direttamente sul mare. Mare fantastico due spiagge si sabbie e sassi mare pulitissimo. Struttura anni 60 rimasta senza alcuna manutenzione e pulizia. Giardini in abbandono anche area giochi bimbi con giochi rotti e arrugginiti sicurezza zero. Ristorante cibo di scarsa qualita loca scelta di cibi per non parlare della colazione. Omino dei cornetti che distribuiva 1 cornetto a testa poi solo marmellate 1 solo barattolo di nutella che girava tra i tavoli assurdo. Camere decenti ma scarsa pulizia biancheria sporca non cambiata lasciata per terra doccia che perdeva acqua. Animazione inesistente 1 ragazzo che cercava di far ridere povero! Da non ripetere

ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, e dopo qualche perplessità leggendo le recensioni, devo dire che le persone che scrivono delle grandi stupidate ne e pieno, in quanto in proporzione a quanto si spende, e normale che qualche difetto ci possa essere, ma nulla di allucinante, il cibo...visto che in una settimana siamo stati sempre bene, vuole dire che era di qualità, sicuramente non superlativa, ma ripeto per quanto si spende era buono, q.tà giuste. quindi mi viene da pensare che cosa possano mangiare a casa propria le persone che si lamentano, forse non hanno mai fatto campeggio. cmq in conclusione grazie agli animatori, simpaticissimi e a tutto lo staff sempre molto cordiale, il peccato e che il posto e meraviglioso, ma purtroppo non per colpa del personale e lasciato un po andare, cmq continuate cosi e vedrete che nel tempo si vedranno ottimi risultati. un caro saluto

Emplacement super mais bâtiments laissés à l'abandon pas d'entretien mauvaise organisation mais c'est pas cher!!!

Struttura in abbandono,il personale cerca di sopperire ad una gestione da predoni del deserto,praticamente la società che gestisce la struttura sta raschiando il fondo del barile invece che cercare di ristrutturare e riportare la struttura in questione al decoro e prestigio degli anni 90.... manda il personale allo sbaraglio..... complimenti dei veri imprenditori del settore.

more basic than expected although location on the beach was excellent
if just B&B then a car is essential to get out and about
local area wonderful for food and sights many treasures round the next bend
If you want Italy then this may be IT as no other there Brits there but us
Perhaps the cost should have told us something but always looking for a bargain!!
Thankfully we used the premises only for sleeping and the beach otherwise it could have ended up very restricting.

I was there for 4 nights in Aug 2016 on a bed and breakfast basis with a friend and visiting others in the area. Overall the stay was fine but the hotel does not merit a 4 stars but it probably did a few years ago. There were a lot of ants in my bathroom but maybe that was inevitable given the bungalow/little house organisation of rooms. It is really for Italian families who are there on a full-board basis. The breakfast was too sweet for me (sugary croissants and nutella) but that's the taste of the locals. I opted for muesli and coffee. The receptionists do not speak English. If you don't rent a car you are reliant on the single taxi car who services the hotel, Mr Cono who is friendly but speaks English. There is no bus service that stops at the hotel, which is off the road, mid-way between Zambrone and Parghelia towns. Overall, the hotel was clean.Nice enough overall, nice beach, but the resort has seen better days. If I go again I will pick another hotel and rent a car. Spanish 4 star hotels I stayed at are much better. This is more Greek 4 star.

Wir haben spontan für 2 Nächte gebucht und waren sehr enttäuscht!
Sicherlich war die Anlage (in Pinienwald am Hang direkt am Strand) sehr ansprechend als sie neu war. Diese Zeiten sind klar vorbei, alles ist alt und deutlich renovierungsbedürftig!
Was uns nicht bewusst war ist, dass das Hotel eher eine Clubanlage ist. Liegt man am Strand wird man durchgehend durch eine sehr laute und sehr simple Animation beschallt!
Wir sind am frühen Nachmittag angereist. Zu dieser Zeit war es im Hotel nicht möglich etwas essbares zu bekommen, da das Restaurant geschlossen hatte und der -angeblich immer geöffnete!- Bazar ebenfalls.
Auch über das Personal kann ich leider nichts positives sagen. Z.T. extrem unfreundlich (Bazar, Bar), überfordert, unwissend was im eigenen Hotel wann möglich ist, Service wird sehr klein gehalten.
Das Zimmer? Winzig! Kein Platz für Koffer, Schrankfläche war sehr gering. Das Bad alt und winzig. In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum umdrehen. Gartentisch mit 1 Stuhl für 3 Personen. Einzig positiv: der Ausblick aufs Meer, der war wirklich sehr schön!! Sauberkeit war gut, abgesehen davon, dass man eine Terrasse auch mal fegen und die ca. 20 Zigarettenkippen (ausgekippter Aschenbecher?) aus dem "Beet" entsorgen kann, bevor neue Gäste einziehen. Und den in die Büsche am Hang direkt unter den Zimmern geworfenen Stuhl könnte man auch mal wegschaffen ...
Unser Fazit: klares No Go, ganz sicher niemals wieder! Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Per quanto riguarda la vacanza in generale positiva, in quanto la località è molto bella (bellissimi paesaggi, mare stupendo e Tropea offre molte possibilità di svago sia diurno che notturno). Se dovessi parlare dell'Hotel diciamo che lascia un po a desiderare.

Lifeguards were focussed on organising and reorganising umbrellas and chairs rather than on swimmers. Breakfast doesn't cater for allergies however staff did their best to help but were limited.

Una sola parola: Pessimo!!! Siamo scappati subito dopo aver visto dove ci avevano sistemato. Nulla di quello che si vede nel sito del villaggio. Un'altra storia...
Le foto che appaiono sul sito del villaggio, nulla hanno a che vedere con la brutturia che abbiamo potuto constatare di persona. La camera o bungalow(?) che ci avevano destinato si presentava sporca, decadente ed insana. Federe dei cuscini strappati e macchiati, lenzuola sporche e chi più ne ha... Per fortuna siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio ed abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prenotare in un vero albergo dove poter passare le nostre ferie! (Dalla fretta di abbandonare il posto non abbiamo fatto foto che avrebbero descritto meglio il luogo).
