To sum up I would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The overall experience was great. The breakfast was prepared upon request from a list. The room was big enough and had a coffee machine with excellent coffee for us to make. There were treats for my 3year old son, which was a pleasant surprise for him. The staff was really really helpful. Everyone working there was exceptional people and very welcoming. We had a drink prepared for us upon arrival and even small cold towels for each one of us, due to the hot weather outside. The facilities were great too. This hotel is small and because of that is so personal, your own breakfast, your own time to relax at the jacuzzi without anyone disturbing you. Even the rooftop pool was a place to have fun with your own people, no crowds, no noise. THIS WAS MY RELAX HOTEL.

Cons:

Well, the central air conditioning system was a bit disturbing, because it was so cold inside and you couldn't arrange the temperature by yourself. I had to switch on and off, BUT no real problem for me. Not even a disadvantage.

Polecam pobyt w tym hotelu, mimo że w samym centrum Valletty, pokoje były bardzo ciche.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous stay, enjoyable stay
Pros:

Palazzo Consiglia was located off Ursula street which is so close the main area but far enough away for the area to be quiet. The building itself is just beautiful. The staff were exceptional, so helpful and accommodating. The small touches from cool towels and refreshing drink on arrival to filling up water bottle before day sight seeing. The rooms were lovely and the breakfasts were delicious, I sampled something different from the menu each day. The rooftop pool at the end of our busy days was refreshing.

Cons:

The room we had , the windows opened into the courtyard inside the building, I wasn’t expecting this and like the natural light . But it didn’t really impact our stay

Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay loved every moment of it
Pros:

Fantastic location. Quirky individual style rooms. Very clean. Superb breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

If i had to find something it would be that or Tim did not have a standalone shower, there was only a bath with a hand held shower head.

Pros:

Excellent location in a quiet part of Valletta, yet just a short walk from the city center. The hotel is beautifully designed, with spotless, comfortable rooms and outstanding facilities. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the wellness center with its cave bath and sauna. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended, would happily stay here again!

Een zeer fijn kleinschalig hotel in het centrum van Valetta, in de nabijheid van vele restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Het hotel is stijlvol aangekleed en biedt uitstekende faciliteiten zoals een rooftop pool met voldoende bedjes en in de kelder een prachtige wellness. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en bovendien deels a la carte. Het personeel denkt in alles mee en is bijzonder gastvrij. Echt een aanrader!
