It was heavenly! Great location, beautiful interiors, nice reception staff, super relaxing Spa that you can book for an hours exclusive use daily, free of charge. Breakfast delicious as well.

The staff were attentive and extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was cleaned to a high standard and extremely comfortable.

A lovely warm welcome and enjoyed the drinks and canapes, staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful with any requests.
Great choice for breakfast menu and especially with the option of having it on the roof as the staff happily arranged that.
As our room did not have a bath, it was not a problem to change the room which we really appreciated.
The location was perfectly central to explore Valetta and be close to all the restaurants. It was a nice quiet area too.

we had a wonderful stay in this very quaint boutique hotel in a lovely spot near the center of Valletta. So much character in the immediate area. So much in reasonable walking distance. Staff was mostly not Maltese, but very friendly, communicative and helpful. They seemed to know their stuff. Special shout out here to Susma and Paulo. Breakfast was good, too. Pretty good variety and served pretty quickly. We were upgraded from a normal room to a suite (Serena). It was quite nice with a HUGE TV (at least for a hotel). I'd definitely enjoy going back, if I had the opportunity.

Excellent small hotel on a quiet backstreet close to all the main attractions. Hot towels and drinks on arrival before being shown to our room . We had the Sienna suite which benefited from a small balcony facing the street which was a big plus. Breakfast exceeded our expectations as several cooked options are available as well as the continental. All the staff we encountered were fabulous and always had time for a chat, all were a credit to the hotel.
We would have no hesitation in returning to stay in this little gem of a hotel!

Devika and Tony at the front desk were inviting, accommodating and incredibly helpful! The entire staff was brilliant. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was big, clean and artfully decorated! They paid extra attention to our dietary restrictions as well! Thanks Devika! Bathroom was large with a sizable shower. Well located and only a few minutes walk to most attractions. We had a great 3 night stay!

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet side street in central Valletta. Excellent location from which to explore the town on foot and within easy reach of ferries. Large room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfasts.

Historic building with very personalised service. We were offered a complimentary drink when we arrived and the gentlemen receptionist explained a little about the city . As we settled into our room , canapés were brought to us. It is a quiet area but only 5-10 minutes walk to the main attractions. Each and every member of staff was warm and friendly! Hotel was very clean and we could book a one hour private use of the spa which was complementary. Breakfast was efficient and a wide choice! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making it such a special and memorable trip.

Tutto, anche i particolari. Ambiente stupendo, camere belle e pulite, staff disponibile e gentile. Plastic free, rooftop molto bello con piscina, acqua caffè e tè offerti in camera, spa privata di un'ora inclusa nel prezzo. Veramente da consigliare.

Although the hotel and rooms are beautiful at the hotel and the location great I was very disappointed with the level of service we received. A problem with our room (a leak) was handled badly resulting in us being moved into three separate rooms within the 1st 24 hours of our four day break . This caused alot of disruption and disturbance to our holiday .Although I appreciate that these things happen the way it was dealt with was unacceptable especially from a hotel of the standard . On this basis I will not stay again or recommending which is a shame as the rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and in the heart of Valletta .

Amazing from start to finish! Beautiful hotel, fantastic breakfast and the most helpful and thoughtful staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We was so sad to leave, we hope we can come back to visit in the future.
