Pros:

I love to tell, how beautiful it was, but the property, management and owner, have not respect, afper booking my trip in advance and following all guidelines with expidia, we arrived at the hotel and guess what no room available they offer the room to someone else for a higher price. I will never stay on that place and I dont recomend to any one.

Pros:

Realice la reserva en horas de la mañana y en la noche cuando llegue al Hotel la reserva no se encontraba disponible, afortunadamente el personal del hotel me recomendo hoteles cercanos. Pero desafortunadamente esto me parece poco confiable,no se si ha sido error del hotel o de Expedia.

Hotel muy malo y atención
Pros:

Fue muy mala nada de lo que mostraban en las fotos del hotel fue asi.
Además de ello cuando llegamos las habitaciones no estaban listas y hasta el otro día decomisaron pero el espacio fue muy pequeño .
En los baños ni papel higiénico ni una bolsa para la basura había las habitaciones olían a humedAd la piscina muy sucia permiten que la gente se meta con Jean camisas y hasta chanclas que horrible así mismo se imaginarán la limpieza de la piscina.con mi familia apenas llegamos tuvimos que salir para no quedarnos a quedarnos en lugar así sólo llegábamos al hotel sólo a dormir ...
Que mal que jueguen con la buena fe de las personas empezando que la estadía fue muy costosa para eso tan feo y además de ello la atención fue muy regular

Hotel limpio y conveniente
Pros:

Campestre y a las afueras de Villavicencio, así lo quería. Sin duda volvería!
