WOW experience! My boyfriend and I stayed in this little corner of paradise in Prague. Besides being a beautiful location, it offers a truly extensive range of services and is incredibly welcoming. On our first day, upon check-in, we were given a welcome drink, plus access to a rooftop in the city, always with a complimentary drink. The spa was included every day for 60 minutes, a bottle of wine in the room, and the utmost comfort. Not to mention the breakfast. THERE WAS REALLY EVERYTHING, from sweet to savory, with wonderful attention to detail. The staff spoke fluent English, so there were no problems. Oh, and they gave us a discount card for some attractions and restaurants in Prague, and last but not least, as the icing on the cake, a farewell kit with a discount code for returning to the hotel, a pack of their own brand tissues, and a small bottle of water each. I highly recommend this property for any type of vacation. The only flaw is the single sheets, but I think that's a feature of the place. COME HERE!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Prague, I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I called to book, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They even managed to get me an early check-in and a room upgrade.

The rooms are beautiful - super spacious, clean, and full of natural light. Even though my room was right by the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. They also leave nice touches like a bottle of wine to start your stay right.

Don't miss the breakfast, the spread is huge with plenty of sweet and savory options, and the staff keeps everything perfectly organized even when it’s busy. I also had an amazing massage at the spa, the therapist was so skilled and made sure I felt totally relaxed.

The location is one of the best in Prague - out of the touristic area, with lots of cool streets and cafes around. Public transport is available everywhere so easy to navigate around, only 15 min by tram to city center.

Very polite employees are always ready to help. Room was clean and spacy, the breakfast were yummy with bunch of different dishes to chose from.
Also the spa was a huge advantage - given the fact that it was includes in price makes it even better.

We had a smaller but clean and quiet room. We chose the hotel because of its good price and location. The reception staff were kind and explained everything to us. We also visited the wellness area, which is relatively small.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family and our 6-year-old child. The location is excellent – very close to the tram stop, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the room was serviced daily, which we truly appreciated.

The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. We would like to thank you for the lovely welcome gesture – a welcome drink and a bottle of wine – as well as for the farewell gift: champagne, discount vouchers, and a small souvenir magnet. It was such a thoughtful and generous surprise.

The breakfast was amazing 🙌 – varied, fresh, and delicious, with something for everyone. We highly recommend this hotel.

The SPA area was also very enjoyable, featuring a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, and an infrared sauna. We would be happy to come back again!

We were satisfied with the hotel. Our room was comfy, not so modern, but clean and was everything was needed. The restaurant is good, some staff could be more trained. The breakfast is perfect with huge selection. There is a closed parking area for guest, tram is 5 minutes walk. They are pet friendly, my dog was warm welcomed. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Our stay was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel welcomed us warmly. It's a 45-minute walk to the center. We parked in the hotel parking lot without any problems. Breakfast was a huge selection, both sweet and savory. Clean rooms with a large refrigerator. Pubs are close by. All ok!

Amazing price to quality ratio. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff is very polite and really goes the extra mile to help you out. We also received a Prague Pass which has insane benefits to help you enjoy the city to the fullest.

From the beginning to the departure everything was great, the room was spacious and beautiful, clean, the person at the reception was very friendly. I recommend this hotel

Excellent location about 15 by tram from everywhere. Lovely room. Clean and warm. Superb staff couldn’t do enough to help. Will definitely stay again soon

The room was unbearably hot, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and affecting sleep. The bed was rock hard, adding to an already poor night’s rest.

Breakfast was very poor and largely inedible. Although the room advertised a jacuzzi, this required an additional payment, which felt misleading. Toiletries were also not provided, despite being advertised as included.

Overall, this hotel failed to deliver what was promised and offered very poor value for money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
