Best experience Santiago is the best
Great hotel and vibe. Celebrating our anniversary and brought our 9 year old son too. Staff is amazing, food is amazing, and we always enjoy coming here for a getaway.
Today I had the pleasure of enjoying my day at the beach at St Regis bal harbour, I had the best time anyone could have. First of all it was my anniversary and Danny made sure that everything was more than perfect for us, he would come up and check on our bed every so often, he is truly amazing and the best at what he does! Lizzie as well, a very polite and attentive lady that made sure that our time here was enjoyed to the max. Will definitely come back and would love to see them both soon!!
My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary at the beautiful St Regis Resort Bal Harbour. The location, the beach and the beautiful resort was spectacular - no stone was unturned in terms of comfort, relaxation and accommodations. We loved the attention to detail, the Professionalism, the beautiful resort, room, beach and attentive staff! Oh, and the bed was heavenly! I would like to shout out the entire front desk staff, the beach service staff (Dominic, Charly, Luca) pool staff (Patrick and Stephen) they exceeded our expectations with courtesy, welcoming spirit, hospitality and kindness! We will return for sure!

This was our 10th stay at the St. Regis Bal Harbour, service was exceptional, rooms very clean and comfortable and property is impeccable. We will be back again next year! Shout out to Wes one of the beach and pool attendants, he very courteous and helpful.
