The management was incredibly professional and supportive, always attentive to any needs I had. The desk clerks, especially Imani, were outstanding—always welcoming, professional, and genuinely empathetic. The maintenance team ensured everything was in perfect order, and the kitchen staff was equally fantastic—kind, accommodating, and always serving delicious meals.
Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the hospital across the street was invaluable during my mom’s time in the ICU. The entire staff consistently checked in and offered support, which meant the world to me.
Overall, I would give [Hotel Name] a perfect 10 out of 10. The exceptional service and warm hospitality made my stay truly remarkable.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff

Cons:

our room was filled with dog hair, the carpet and furniture smelled like dog. The ottoman was chewed up on the corner and the paint on the shower floor was peeling and stopping the water from draining. Our clothing was filled with dog hair after sitting on the couch. Not a good experience.
