The location to downtown and the hospitals is great
I booked this hotel because I had very early-morning surgery the next day, and reviews consistently mentioned how clean it was. While the facility itself appeared clean, the room I was given was not.
The bedding, shower railings, tub, shower curtain, and even my towel all had long dark brown/black hairs on them. I am a bleached blonde, so these clearly were not mine. This was extremely concerning given the circumstances of my stay.
Additionally, the room rate was over $300 per night, plus a $20 parking fee that I was not informed of until check-in, so I expected comfortable beds—and these definitely were not. Breakfast was advertised as included. Although I couldn’t eat before surgery, my husband went down and ended up only getting coffee. He said the food consisted of powdered eggs and nothing looked appetizing or worth eating.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for the price, especially considering cleanliness was the primary reason I chose this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the hospital across the street was invaluable during my mom’s time in the ICU. The entire staff consistently checked in and offered support, which meant the world to me.
