It was really impressive!
Pros:

Everything was really clean! Rooms were nice. Beds comfy and a good spot in town. We had the best view of the city!

Cons:

In occasione del mio soggiorno, si sono riscontrate alcune criticità relative all'utilizzo della mia carta di credito, imputabili esclusivamente al sistema di pagamento della struttura.
​Nonostante la carta risultasse regolarmente accettata presso ogni altro esercizio commerciale negli Stati Uniti, si sono verificati errori tecnici che ne hanno impedito il normale impiego durante le fasi di check-in e check-out. Tale imprevisto ha generato un comprensibile stato di apprensione, aggravato dalla mancanza di supporto da parte del personale di ricevimento durante la procedura di accettazione, che mi ha costretta, in fine, a fornire un metodo di pagamento alternativo, con altra carta.
​Al contrario, in fase di partenza, il personale in servizio — differente da quello presente al mio arrivo — ha gestito la transazione con professionalità, acquisendo manualmente i dati della carta e i miei riferimenti personali e finalizzando il pagamento senza l'ausilio del terminale POS. L'operazione si è conclusa, infine, con successo.

Obszerny i wygodny pokój z dużą łazienką. Bogate śniadanie. Basen i siłownia.
Pros:

Podróżowaliśmy w 3 osoby. Pokój bardzo przestronny, dużo miejsca, wygodne łóżka, obszerna łazienka.
Śniadania dość bogate jak na Stany. Do wyboru kilka dań ciepłych i ulegały one lekkim modyfikacjom każdego dnia.
Były też gofry, płatki, kawy i owoce. Bez warzyw. Dało się pojeść.
Bliskość pociągów, autobusów, ścisłe centrum.
Przyejmna silownia, mało oblegana i basen, pusty poza weekendem.

Cons:

Nie ma większych powodów do narzekania.
Smak darmowej wody z automatu w korytarzu. Chyba lepiej kupić wodę mineralną w sklepie.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste du matin n’était vraiment pas aimable du tout. Il nous a donné l’impression de le déranger à chaque fois que nous lui demandions quelque chose. Tenir la réception d’un hôtel ne s’arrête pas à donner des cartes pour ouvrir des portes de chambres !

De plus la piscine couverte manquait vraiment de nettoyage et la température de l’eau était vraiment trop froide.

Great free breakfast and large room

Cons:

$68 parking. No information about parking cost on booking. We go to New Orleans several times a year and have never paid that much. Will not stay downtown Dallas again.
