Pros:

Ein spontaner Glücksgriff zum Ende unserer Santorini-Reise! Wir haben kurz vor Urlaubsabschluss als dreiköpfige Familie die Cave Pool Villa im San Marino Hotel gebucht – und unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht schöner sein können.
Schon der Service im Vorfeld war erstklassig: Direkt nach der Buchung wurden wir kontaktiert und gefragt, ob wir einen Transfer benötigen. Dieses Angebot haben wir gerne angenommen. Der Fahrer erwartete uns pünktlich am Hafen und brachte uns entspannt zum Hotel. Da wir vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit ankamen, durften wir die Wartezeit direkt am wunderschönen Katsaboo-Pool genießen. Die gesamte Architektur des Hotels ist schlichtweg traumhaft.
Der Empfang war außerordentlich herzlich. Das Team hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und tolle, wertvolle Tipps gegeben, wie wir das Beste aus unserer verbleibenden Zeit auf der Insel herausholen können.
Beim Betreten unserer Cave Pool Villa waren wir vollkommen begeistert. Alles war makellos sauber und der private Pool in der Suite ist ein echtes Highlight. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Poolbereich, wodurch man nachts das leise Plätschern des Wassers hört. Für uns war es sehr beruhigend, wer jedoch einen extrem empfindlichen Schlaf hat, sollte dies bedenken – für uns war das aber definitiv kein Grund für einen Punktabzug!
Ein besonderes Highlight war für mich die Ganzkörpermassage im Hotel. Ich wurde unglaublich herzlich empfangen und in einem kurzen Vorgespräch wurden meine individuellen Bedürfnisse besprochen. Die Behandlung selbst war einfach der Hammer – die Therapeutin ist perfekt auf alle meine Verspannungen und Schmerzpunkte eingegangen. Nach der Massage gab es sogar noch wertvolle Alltagstipps und Empfehlungen zur Ernährung mit auf den Weg. Einfach toll!
Auch das gesamte Bar-Personal verdient ein riesiges Lob: super aufmerksam, stets hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln bei der Arbeit.

Loved Santorini and the accommodation overall but disappointed we had to fight for the room we paid for. Beers WAY too e

It was clean and the staff ( esp Anna) were fantastic

Cons:

The room we got was not what we paid for. We were told the rooms were randomly assigned and we ended up in a much smaller one. We insisted on a move to a bigger one which we got but no seaview which we paid for.
Also small beers were €8 each and as a result no one went to the bar at night time.

The hotel rooms and communal areas were asthetically beautiful. With just 6 suites it felt very exclusive, you literally are guaranteed one of the luxurious sunbeds every day and the pool area is stunning and has a beach club vibe with drinks and food available to order & fabulous music! The hotel is immaculate the photographs do not do it justice. The staff are friendly & helpful, it's only a short 10 minute walk to the heart of Fira. And even closer just at the end of the road there is a mini market & a reasonably priced Italian restaurant where the food was good and wine was just 4euros a glass! You also have the use of a second pool close to the reception area which is also lovely with very comfortable sunbeds. The main pool area has amazing views of Fira hillside with several blue domed churches and pretty white buildings in sight. It's also worth getting up early to watch the sunrise from the pool as it's incredible view. Book with confidence.

Cons:

Katsaboo Restaurant the hotels restaurant is open all day to hotel guests and non residents. It serves amazing cocktails and food. However they are all at Santorini Oia prices with no discount for hotel residents. We would certainly have eaten here more often if pricing was different.

Flot stil og total gennemført. Meget charmerende.

Cons:

At poolen kunne bruges i forbindelse med besøg udefra (hvis man brugte restauranten). Det blev lidt for trendy til vores smag. Det var lidt stressende at hver gang man lagde sig ved poolen, så følte man at man skulle købe noget.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Fira e ne sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta. La posizione è eccellente, vicinissima al centro, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e godere pienamente dell’atmosfera di Fira.
La struttura è molto bella, curata e accogliente, gli ambienti puliti e ben tenuti. Ottima anche la qualità del cibo, che ha reso ancora più piacevole il soggiorno.
Una nota speciale va al personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. In particolare, la signorina Antigoni è stata davvero gentilissima, disponibile, premurosa e sempre pronta ad aiutare con un sorriso. Una struttura che consiglio assolutamente.

Meraviglioso!
Pros:

Suite vista mare meravigliosa, molto spaziosa per due persone e con tutti i comfort. Utilizzo delle piscine liberamente senza problemi, con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione. Personale gentile e cortese. Posizione molto comoda dal centro, 10 minuti di distanza a piedi.

Spitzen Hotel - absolut empfehlenswert es ist traumhaft schön vom Interior bis zur schlaf Qualität! Der Poolbereich auch 1A wirklich toll ! Jedes Detail war super ! Ein und Aus checken konnte man solange wie man wollte noch Pool und Sanitäranlagen Outdoor Dusche alles benutzen !
