숙소 키 받으러 근처로 갔다와야해서 번거로움이 있어요. 무엇보다 엘레베이터가 없습니다ㅜㅜ 한국인 이용후기가 없었어서 반신반의하며 그냥 저렴하길래 1박 이용했는데, 위치도 좋고 방도 깔끔했지만 건물이 꽤나 오래된거고 체크인의 불편함이 있네요

Единственный плюс отеля - это его расположение.
Отель находится в старом доме, без лифта, если вы с чемоданами то будьте готовы тащить их на 5 этаж. В номере очень душно, кондиционеров нет, если открываешь окно, то очень шумно. Мы отдали за этот номер 9000₽ За сутки, уровень этого отеля даже 3000 не стоит.
В номере есть полотенца, халаты, шампунь.

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y céntrico, pero encontrar la recepción es difícil porque está en un cuarto piso.

Hotel muito bem localizado, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto com TV e frigobar, banheiro novo. O unico problema é que o prédio nao tem elevador e o hotel está no terceiro andar, ou seja, é preciso subir com as malas pela escada.

This hotel was in a great location, friendly staff and very clean, BUT nowhere was there an mention of it being situated at the top of a very old apartment block. It had no lift and no porter to help with our cases. There were ten flights of stairs to our room! Also the price we paid includes breakfast, when I asked about it I was told that when I booked, the hotel was closed due to an upgrade and when it reopened the new policy was not to include breakfast although I was offered the use of a communal kitchen were I could make my own. There was no suggestion of a refund on the price we paid. So I suggest if your not young and have more than a handbag as luggage this hotel is not for you.i have added a photo of the “upgrade” there was a big gap between the shower stall and the base.

Шикарное местоположение, рядом метро, Невский, Исакий. Чистые уютные номера. Смутило только то, что находится на 5м этаже без лифта в жилом доме. Но эти "неудобства" абсолютно нивелируются гостеприимством персонала, расположением и привлекательной ценой. Прямо под гостиницей кондитерская с великолепными завтраками на любой вкус.

I pre-purchased a room here. I have been coming to SPb since 2011 so I have experience in finding difficult hotels. I was absolutely in the correct location (it is 50m from the Admiraltayskaya metro station). I tried calling the staff to inquire as to where the hotel was located, if someone could let me in, etc (typically these hotels are located behind a gate on the street where you enter a courtyard). No one called me back. There was no signage about the hotel. Granted, I only paid $40 for the room but since it was pre-paid it was a total waste of money, I ended up staying in a different hotel. Annoying.

My ratings for the hotel room, cleanliness and comfort are only provided due to Orbitz forcing me to provide a rating. I never saw my room so I have no idea how good or bad it is.

В целом лаконичный отель, с лаконичными завтраками!)))
Единственный минус, мало места везде. И в комнатах, и в ванной.

직원들이 상냥한 편이였고 가격이 싼 편이고 방도 깨끗하였음.
짐 풀기에 방 공간이 넉넉해서 좋았음.
조식은 조금 초라하긴 하지만 가격 생각하면 상관 없다고 봄
인터넷, 욕실 등이랑 문제 없었고
불편한 점은 4,5층까지 계단을 올라와야 하기 때문에 짐이 많은 사람은 참고할 것.

A nice little place with excellent staff. Close to everything!

Отель очень понравился и комфортным номером, и очень удобным расположением! Прямо рядом метро и много достопримечательностей!
