เป็นบ้านพักตากอากาศที่เจ้าของนำมาทำเป็นโรงแรม
มีพนักงานแม่บ้านดูแลแค่คนเดียวทั้งเช็คอิน ทำความสะอาด
ห้องมีฝุ่นเยอะและห้องน้ำมีคราบเชื้อรา
บรรยากาศดีเพราะตั้งอยู่ริมน้ำ
เสียงห้องข้างๆดังทะลุถึงกันได้ สามารถได้ยินเสียงคุยกัน
โรงแรมอยู่ในซอยลึก แต่ไม่ห่างจากเมืองเชียงใหม่

ไกลจากตัวเมือง หายาก แต่ถ้าต้องการความสงบ ที่นี่เหมาะ เงียบ มีหิ่งห้อย ติดแม่น้ำริม

Remote but beautiful, come prepared
Pros:

This is a beautifully designed small guest house in a remote but beautiful location. The housekeeper who speaks Thai talked through a translation app but was lovely friendly and helpful. I had a little difficulty as the owner had told her to put me in the wrong room, but I did get moved. The room with the terrace or the balcony facing the river are best. The basic room has no windows. There is no food so bring your own and bring in a very rural location it’s a bit buggy. But on the flip side the wildlife, design of the garden and river access were second to none.

Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Baan88!!
Unfortunately we didn't have more time. I would stay there again any time.

My recommendation would be to hire a car or motorbike to get around, as it is a 20-30 away from town centre. The nice thing about that is that is quite and not busy. We had stayed in hotels right in the town centre and found it to noise and busy. At Baan88 you can switch of and relax.

When we made our way there we ended up at the wrong address because of the position that the Hotels.com app had pointed us too. After a phone call the manager came and picked us up by car! Great service to be take care of like that. Further he was very helpful, informative and caring with us. Great guy (admittedly I didn't ask for his name, my bad)

Overall it was a really great experience, a very stylish and well design place in a perfect setting, with good food and wonderful people!!
