Auguro comunque al hotel una rapida ripresa. I lavori in corso promettono una bella ristrutturazione.

Mi è piaciuta la stanza e la zona De Pijp di Amsterdam che non avevo ancora visto.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto constatare al mio arrivo che l’hotel era in piena ristrutturazione. Lavori in corso ovunque, spesso l’ascensore non lo si poteva utilizzare , colazione inesistente, che ci è stata scalata dal costo camera. Perché non mi hanno avvisato di tutto il disagio? Oltretutto neanche le scuse al nostro arrivo per la situazione…

Hotel en reforma y sin avisar
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena , un barrio con todos los servicios cerca, metro un parque muy bonito y cafeterias, supermercado etc.

Cons:

El hotel está en una reforma bastante grande, la recepción está en una habitación, toda la entrada anulada por las obras muy incómodo de estar y pasar por ahi. La habitación estaba bien, correcta limpia y el personal muy amable pero no quita que tendrian que avisar de lo que vas a encontrarte un hotel sin entrada, sin desayuno disponible aunque lo ofertan en booking y su propia web, me parece muy irresponsable por parte del hotel de no informar de esto y que cambia toda la experiencia de la estancia, desde las 8 de la mañana ruido y el precio de la estancia no cambia a pesar de estar en esta circunstancia. Ibamos con una niña con carrito y ha sido muy incómodo entrar y salir del hotel la verdad, solo hemos ido a dormir porque toda la entrada sucia de la obra con los trabajadores pasando sin parar. Creo sinceramente que no se deberia ofrecer la estancia en estas condiciones ya que rebaja y dificulta toda la experiencia de la estancia en el hotel. Me parece poco honesto que no se informe de esta circunstancia ya que se ve que es una reforma planificada no una avería puntual.

Pros:

The location was good. And the room itself was big enough for 4 people. Cleanliness in the room was good as well.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction which we were not informed of before our visit. If we had been informed we could have decided if we were ok with that. The morning of the 9/4/26 we also had no warm water at 9am to shower. The lift was then out of order when we went to check out. We were also not informed of this. This is problematic for people with reduced mobility especially when having to take suitcases down a very steep, small staircase. If these things had been communicated in advance I would have had much more understanding. Overall the lack of communication from the hotel made the situation worse and is the reason for this review.

Dreadful.
Cons:

We arrived to the hotel undergoing refurbishment which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The whole downstairs was unusable due to building work and the dust was awful. Further, the builders started drilling at 8am!

The hotel was undergoing renovations on the ground floor, but they compensated by refunding the breakfast. But if you have a reservation for april and advance… you Will enjoy a Brand new hotel

Good communication with hotel

Cons:

We were offered a full refund a week before we arrived citing renovations in the hotel disrupting our stay. We declined the refund and continued our booking. The day before we arrived I was advised the hotel could not accommodate us at all. The hotel then had to find alternative accommodation for us because we did not accept the earlier refund. We had a better hotel in the end. I would advise anyone booking with payment at the hotel, to pay the month before you arrive like we did. Otherwise we would have had our stay cancelled with no other accommodation booked for us.

Great location but would have been great if not under construction
Pros:

It was a great location and the room size was wonderful for the 3 of us. The neighborhood is amazing, great restaurants and shops. The staff was great considering the circumstances. The fact that it was underconstruction of a full renovation. The bar was completely unavailable.

It would have been nice to know that the property was underconstruction with a full renovation. The lobby was barely useable. The bar was completely torn up. Lots of noice from early to late. The staff was great! The noice and the construction was just overwhelming.
