Poor customer service, just after your money

Cons:

It was literally a building site. We’ve message ahead saying our stay was for our 30th wedding anniversary. They didn’t pre warn us about the condition of the property. I’ve emailed twice and heard nothing back. Very, very poor

I booked a fancy room for 3 persons wich looked very pretty when booking, upon arrival we were surprised by construction of the hotel. At check in the staff member told us the room we booked was not available so we got a different room with 2 bunk beds. It was very underwhelming compared to what we booked, and was absolutely not worth the amount of money I paid. We also were woken up at 7.30 because of construction noise. It didn't say the hotel was under construction so this was a very big surprise, and the room really disappointed me. I decided to stay because finding a different hotel would be difficult.

La posizione è ok. Il servizio pessimo.

Cons:

Abbiamo pagato in anticipo con la colazione compresa, anche se l'hotel, causa lavori di ristrutturazione, non ha potuto offrirci il servizio della colazione. Non siamo stati rimborsati, mentre i receptionist ci aveva assicurato che avrebbero provveduto al rimborso. Booking stesso rimborsa solo un terzo del costo sostenuto. Mi sento truffato.

Gute Lage, frisch renoviertes Zimmer und Bad (mit Regendusche), kostenlose Snacks als Kompensation für aktuell stattfindende Bauarbeiten

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer, sehr eng für 2 Personen, großer Koffer kann man nur auf dem Bett öffnen.
Bad sehr klein, Badtür geht nicht richtig zu. Kein Safe

Cons:

Das Hotel war eine einzige Baustelle. Das Zimmer hatte die Größe einer Besenkammer. Der Frühstücksbereich war total runtergekommen.
