No hot water. Mattress was knackered and passed its time
The rooms needed a refresh and perhaps some wall decor - the smell also in our room was a bit like stale smoke - the breakfast stayed sourdough toast but we didn’t get that - a regular white bread was served which was disappointing - the spa was fab, the comfort of the bed was fab. Pillows were not so good - much too hard. The staff on reception were outstanding!! Overall a comfortable stay & lovely staff esp the cleaners !!

No provided hair dryer in the room.
Waiting too long for the breakfast, hope its a buffet so people who has an errands can pick their food eat quickly and go
Spa facilities were good, breakfast was nice and the reception area was very prsentable beds were actually extremely comfortable.
The rest of the hotel including the rooms and the oassageways are in need of renovation. Smells really old. The room was clean but very dated. Cant complain with the price we paid.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was good. The price was very reasonable but you get what you pay for I guess.
The hotel was tired and dated, the room was dirty and the carpet hadn't been hoovered and there was crisps everywhere. The spa was very poor, dirty and dated. There were unsafe areas which needed repairing.
It looked like the restaurant and reception area had been kept modern and nice but the rest of the hotel, the rooms, decor and spa need a lot of money spent on them to bring them back to standard
