La ubicación es perfecta, de un lado el Vineland Mall, del otro lado Ross y otras tiendas buenas para comprar , restaurantes cerca y cerca a Disney springs, la habitación cómoda y todo seguro.
Creo que lo único que la puerta del baño es muy pesada al cerrarla y abrirla. Pero es algo que se podría mejorar fácilmente .
We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. The shuttle bus was really convenient for us!

Free breakfast was good. Pool was very warm and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
No conditioner in the shower. I have waist length hair and no conditioner was provided. So make sure to bring your own.

Jenessy was the best I loved her. She was the greatest I wouldn’t ask for any more help. She gave me everything I needed and she was very kind and generous so I would give her five star stars.

The room was disappointing. It smelled so bad - dirty. We won't stay here again. Our socks were black, the sheets were musty, and there was hair on the shower curtain.
Been to a few of this brand as a Hilton Honors member. Sub par. Breakfast was cold on both days. Room kind of old, refrigerator stripping. No paper towel, no toilet paper. Reservations said parking was free and they charged for parking. HAd to ask for blanket.
Jennessey was very kind and helpful in getting us situated. Our room was clean and the location was perfect for our travels.

Came in late and it was a very smooth check in thanks to Jenessy. She was very nice and made us feel at home, Jenessy even grabbed a couple extra pillows because housekeeping was not available. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

This was a very pleasant, easy and stress free trip, from I first arrived I was greeted and dealt with expediency & care, even though I was in a large group. Through the week Nicole handled all my concerns, and then in the last hrs, I met my guardian angel Jazzmen, who got me out of a potential homeless night situation, back into the safety and comfort of their room. So big shout to Jazzmen and the rest of the staff... Much appreciated!!
