Overall, a very good experience. I would come back for sure and recommend the stay for the Booking community.

Location is great! 15 mins from every single attraction in Orlando.

Cons:

Breakfast quality must improve. The eggs and juice are disgusting.
parking fees should be revisit for guests, or at least apply a discount for the longer you stay in.

Honestly, nothing about the property met our expectations, and the experience was so disappointing that there is nothing positive I can genuinely say about our stay.

Cons:

Absolutely Disgusting Experience. I Will NEVER Stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Again.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The condition of this property was absolutely unacceptable, and the way management handled our complaints made an already terrible experience even worse.

We encountered black mold on the sofa beds and mattresses, and there was also black mold in the showers. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures of the mold in the showers, but I personally saw it. We literally had to go through THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS upon arrival just to try to find a room without mold, and even the THIRD ROOM still had mold. Let that sink in. Guests should NEVER have to inspect multiple rooms for black mold just to find somewhere they can safely sleep.

Initially, we were told that we would receive a future complimentary stay to make up for this disgusting experience. However, after we checked out, the general manager called and completely changed the story. He claimed that all the mattresses were like that because they were old and worn out, then told me he could not offer the complimentary stay he had promised and would only give me 50% off the stay I had booked. So, instead of taking accountability and honoring what we were originally told, management decided to backtrack and offer a completely different resolution. Absolutely ridiculous.

The problems did not stop there. The room doors had approximately a one-inch gap underneath them, allowing you to hear practically everything happening outside while everyone outside could hear you inside. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, with very little privacy. The elevators were also not working properly, and nobody informed us that we needed to use our room key to operate them. Our DoorDash orders could not be delivered directly to our room, forcing us to go downstairs to retrieve our food, and the hotel did not even call to notify us when it arrived.
