Equilibrado y siempre se pasa bien
Pros:

Tanto la ubicacion como el desayuno bueno todo

Cons:

Deberian tener personal de administracion que converse en español, esta sugerencia la he realizado otros años y no lo solucionaron, ya que al realizar consultas varias no logramos entendernos

Clean, room was big, for 4 adults, we had 2 queens and used the pullout couch

Great hotel for a Disney trip
Pros:

The room was so spacious, super clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was good, the employees were nice and helpful. Very close to the Disney parks (~12-15 minutes).

Amazing staff!
Pros:

Genesy was the highlight of our stay. So accommodating and kind. She and another staff member decorated our hotel room for our twins birthday. Very thoughtful. Even helped me find honey mustard when my daughter asked for it. The maintenance guy was very helpful as well! Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service
Pros:

I would first like to start by saying we received excellent customer service from Valeria Velazquez, she was very accommodating due to our situation we were staying in Florida for my birthday we decided to stay an extra day but the place that we were staying didn't have any more availability so therefore we had to check out at a certain time and she was able to allow us to check in early which was so appreciated. She was very informational very professional and I would say that she represents the company excellent, well spoken and had a beautiful personality and we would definitely recommend this particular lodging to both family and friends this.

A nice place to stay
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family and Magic Kingdom.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Lots of storage in rooms for clothing, food, etc. Our room had a microwave, fridge sink and dishwasher.

Beds were comfortable. Sofa bed was used and was normal as far as sofa beds comfort level.

They have small snack and drink selection of needed. Continental breakfast was good.

Parks are close.

We didn’t utilize pool, didn’t even see it so can’t comment on it.

Would stay again if return. Gave 4 stars because there’s no wow factor and that’s ok.
