Overall it was an okay stay but only because of how amazing Jenessy was! She was so helpful and educated on the hotel! If I ever do come back it’ll be solely because of her amazing customer service. I do have a few things I think people should be aware of before booking tho, for starters…this was one of the few hotels not charging for parking….yall lost that “amenity”….and with it I’m sure most locals like myself….the side walks and surrounding landscape was being redone during our visit. This left mulch, dead bushes, dirt, roots, etc all over the side walks, no issue if it wasn’t for my parents being in wheel chairs and limited to one exit far from the room and it was left like that all day, while the workers left for lunch. I also tried to wait until it was finished to take my dog back out but couldn’t any longer after 6 hours. Not things I want my dog chewing on or choking on. Not to mention the sounds of the multiple machines all around the VERY small dog potty area. Bonus points for the list of dog parks at check in but when you only have that little of grass on property for a dog to potty, it needs to be mentioned. 95% of the ground surrounding the hotel is mulch with newly planted bushes that were dead the first 2 days of the trip. Photos for proof below. $144 a night. You decide if it’s worth it compared to others. Because of the small potty area I would not say this place is dog friendly, especially for medium to large breeds like mine. Charging for parking and having the spots closest to the hotel filled with dirt, dead bushes and mulch feels like a slap in the face after spending $147 a night plus $10 parking PER NIGHT, high pet fees, and being limited to one exit. Jenessy thank you. I hope this hotel can rise to your level of customer service one day.

Had some road trip troubles but when I arrived Jennessy & Jonathan were fantastic!! Their warm and welcoming attitudes made my night so much better!! Thank you both for the outstanding customer service!!! Miami peoples 💯

Jenessy for the win!! Fantastic hotel all around and so many reasons why! It was easy check in and cleanest hotel I’ve seen in a while! Breakfast was packed but the staff kept everything stocked, moving smoothly and so clean! Everyone wants waffles and they had 4 waffle makers! Best of all, we had car issues and Orlando was only a brief stop on our trip. We had to rent a car and leave ours behind to be towed but because of Easter weekend, we didn’t know when it would be able to get picked up. Jenessy at the front desk made this stressful situation feel like nothing after she helped us get things arranged AND she packed our family of 6 a goody bag before we walked out the door! Thanks again for everything!

La habitación extremadamente buena y amplia, la limpieza era súper súper limpia, un 10\10 para la Sra que hace el servicio, tenía una cocina con todo y eso es muy bueno, las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado muy bueno, la TV bien, el baño demasiado limpio, las toallas el toilet la bañera, en limpieza le doy la mayor puntuación porque me sorprendió el buen olor y limpieza que había, lo único que necesita el hotel para estar mucho mejor es, tener un restaurante y bar al menos con los productos más necesarios, estaba lloviendo mucho y salir del hotel después de un día de parque para comprar comida fue algo molesto, pero en general fue una buena decisión escoger este hotel, nos encantó y el servicio de la mi chacha del checking fue muy bueno y excelente
