Room was comfortable, clean and roomy. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good.
I did not like the fact that as a paying guest I was expected to pay for parking. I can see if have more than one vehicle but if I’m staying there how can you charge me to park there

The room was spectacular—incredibly comfortable and equipped with all the essentials for a theme park vacation. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus for storing and cooking fresh food. The front desk staff was wonderfully attentive, keeping the coffee maker well-stocked and even offering complimentary green apples. Despite the high temperatures outside, the hotel’s AC was fantastic and kept everything perfectly cool. The amenities are also great, featuring an excellent BBQ area right by the pool. Location-wise, it’s highly strategic: very close to the outlets, just a block away from a McDonald's, and the shuttle service to and from the parks works flawlessly.
The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, almost everything was fried, greasy, and highly processed. The juices were boxed, and there was a noticeable lack of fresh options like fruits or vegetables. The only real highlight of the morning spread was the Mickey waffles. It would be a massive improvement if they started offering healthier alternatives, such as Greek or lactose-free yogurt.
Breakfast was super! Everything dealing with the hotel was excellent. Some of the other patrons were obnoxious though.
Loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate guests! They were very loud in the hallway and ridiculously loud in the front of the building until very late 2:30am every morning.

I just want management and anybody that plans to check in to definitely speak to ASHLEY at the front desk. She went above and beyond and helped me with several things!!! Amazing smile great personality and a wonderful asset for the guest and company !!! Her and Moses were amazing.
On another note:
Love me some TORCHYS TACO !!!! It’s right around the corner!! Authentic and homemade salsa prepared in-house fresh tortillas pressed and cooked within minutes of you ordering!!! Amazing DAMN TACOS TELL THEM MONICA SENT YOU
I am writing two separate reviews for my stay from June 11th through June 14th. This review is specifically for the breakfast service.
The breakfast area was clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff, including Águeda and Kissel (I believe those were their names), were very polite, friendly, and helpful. One of them even took the time to peel an orange for our daughter, which was a small gesture but meant a lot to our family.
The breakfast line was well organized, and even with many guests, everything moved quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the excellent service and for making our mornings enjoyable!
Ashley is just wonderful, excellent character and customer service helped me with any issue I had with my late check In and accommodated me promptly. Genuinely made me and my husband’s stay here.

The room was so spacious, super clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was good, the employees were nice and helpful. Very close to the Disney parks (~12-15 minutes).
