Great hotel to stay while in Ulyanovsk
Pros:

I spent less than 24 hours in the city while staying in the hotel on March 22. My complete experience with the hotel can only be summarized as outstanding! Everything functioned in an excellent way since the first moment. Checking-in was easy and fast, the room was immaculate and clean, well equipped, warm and soundproof. Restaurant was good and offered a number of dishes, although I had to miss breakfast the next morning due to red eye flight to Moscow (but I was given a lunch box which was good). Begind the reception desk was small yet functional table with a PC for guests and there is an exposition of Simbircit stones with accompaning chains, bracelets, rings etc. Location of the hotel is superb, being in a proximity of Lenin Memorial Museum and the house as well as shopping malls and cafes and restaurants which I visited too.
However, the biggest treasure of the hotel are girls from the Reception. Alexandra/Alex/Sasha, Anastasia, Anna&Co were simply great. Fast and smiling, professional to the core, they all have offered numerous suggestions and advices which all proved of great benefit for a traveller spending short time in the city (Thanks goes to all of you at the reception!). Management should be very happy having them there!

İ had some hesitate up to meet with radisson’s kind people,

Все - основательно и тихо. Удобно в номере. А украшение, которое жена обронила в коридоре, ей любезно вручили перед выездом из отеля.

Good to be Radisson
Pros:

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance from the main attractions. We had a large family room with two single beds, a sofa and a work area under the TV. There are bedside sockets near the bed. The closet has an ironing board, iron and safe. There is also a minibar in the room. Tea and coffee are constantly renewed, there is a kettle and two small (330 ml) bottles of water are put in daily. The bathroom has a bathtub and three towels per person. A complete set of cosmetics - shampoo, conditioner, milk body lotion, shower gel. On the ground floor there is a large restaurant area where breakfast is served. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty - lots of cold cuts, including red fish. There is freshly squeezed bottled carrot juice. A large number of the most varied pastries, as well as many different fruits - bananas, apples, pears. The hotel has its own parking at a cost of 300 rubles per day, you can put it along the ramp leading to the hotel, but there are very few places there. I haven't been to the gym. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask when entering, hand sanitizers on tables. Overall, this is a Radisson hotel.

Great hotel with a few remarks
Pros:

All in all a great place to stay, except for a few minor things.
We stayed at room 537, which is considered a semi-suite.
- the toilet is stupid high. Wife couldn't touch the floor while sittig, mad uncomfortable
- no good solution to put your winter clothes/boots. Only a problem in winter time.
- a bit noisy, but mostly other guests' fault, hotel staff reacted quickly, so can't really complain.

Очень тепло встретили вечером в дождь, диван ребенку приготовили и заправили. Номер чистый, приятный, очень высокая кровать, что тоже нравится. Понравилась сантехника в ванной)

Best hotel in the city, good location... but not real Hilton. I was waiting for from this brand. Hotel is new but look like 10 years old. They need to improve the service. People are nice but they can do better

Впервые останавливался в Хилтоне. Выбирал отель в центре, основным условием было наличие парковки при отеле с вменяемым количеством мест (при обзвоне отелей в округе выяснилось, что парковки или маленькие, или на улице вне территории отеля). В отеле понравилось все, хоть так и не бывает. Приветливый, вежливый и компетентный персонал; чистота в номере; удобная парковка; прекрасная кровать; хорошие банные принадлежности; чай, кофе и сливки для кофе в номере. Советую брать завтрак - он тоже хорош, большой выбор блюд. Девушке Яне на обслуживании завтрака отдельный респект.
Все основные достопримечательности города в 8-10 минутах ходьбы от отеля, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, но лучше прочитать предварительно отзывы в 2гис.
Историческая часть города и отель оставили очень приятное впечатление от поездки.
