The experience was great though two things to work on one the internet is very poor and microphones are really not good the food was delicious 🤤 and the air conditioning system so great and customer care services on point 👉

Decent refurbishment was done at this hotel, that is in a superb location. Staff need more training on international customer experience standards to for more efficient service. Also, the internet can be better, especially for big groups.

James and the team were very hospitable. We had a great time as family. Felt very much at home and we were able to accomplish much as the hotel is located at a very accessible place. The chefs were very accommodating and made the little one enjoy every meal.

Visited for a week on a business trip. This gem sits and stands amidst the bustle of a busy city, yet provides the serenity a busy traveller would need and seek. Overlooking the bustling city and neighboring the lush green lawns of the golf course, it is alive, and still soothing with nature. It is next to several malls with all the amenities one may possibly need. As you enter, you experience the true warmth and courtesy of staff, representing the culture of the people of Uganda,. From the rooms to the terraces to the restaurants, cleanliness, spacious rooms, sumptuous meals in good portions made to your specifications will be the signature. The revolving restaurant on 12th floor crowns your dining experience with amazing views of the city. There is an airport shuttle service arranged at the reception desk, which is comfortable, reliable and timely. It is definitely the place to experience serenity in the bustle.

Clean and spacious. But the rooms and bathrooms are dark. They need better lighting. The internet is also somewhat choppy.

I stayed 6 weeks and received good service from all the staff who had become family and would go along way to make my stay comfortable. Chef Robert was always ready to prepare for me any meal I desired. James ensured I always had my meals on time, my laundry was done and my room was always neat. I will definitely go back!

I stayed for 5 nights and lovely is all I can say about the hotel. The rooms are clean,spacious and the air condoning worked to my satisfaction. The WiFi was fast and stable, the stuff are very helpfull.. Mr. James at the front office went out of his way, when I needed to get in touch with my host but never had a local number.
I will definitely come back.

I visited this hotel 4 years ago and thevservuce was beyond my imagination now fhus is 2022 August that i visited the same hotel and trust me the staff there are awsam and fantastic. James Matenge at the reception has kept the standard of his staff who know what they are you doing .
