Very nice hotel. The family and I had a very pleasant stay. The suite was a dream come true with kids in one room and adults in the other one. That was a plus.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a great experience. My recent stay was not the same. The hotel itself has not been kept up with. The breakfast was not the same quality as it was before.

Beautiful hotel

I've stayed at the hotel multiple times in either the junior suite or executive. I've never had a problem until my most recent reservation. The 1st lady at the front desk gave me the access card for a different room than I reserved. The second lady gave me the correct room, but there was no coffee with the coffee machine. On my 4th day after the room was cleaned again no coffee. Called the front desk explained and was told I needed to come to the front desk for my coffee packets. At the front desk she offered me one coffee packet, I asked for a couple more and she told me I could have only one more for a total of two. I'm unsure if there's a coffee shortage in Bogotá, or coffee has become too expensive, but considering that I'm paying for an executive room an extra packet shouldn't be a big deal, a real no brainer. I've been comfortable at the hotel but I feel next time I'll pay for a hotel that can afford to have coffee in my room and don't mind giving me extra if I ask.

Business trip… the executive Cosmos is very quiet with amazing amenities… jose at front desk was fast , efficient, and all staff were polite

Everything was good

It's a nice hotel and the bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast is a bit limited compared to other hotels in the same price range. Internet was very fast and the best I've experienced so far. The hotel is on an extremely busy street, so it's not as enjoyable to walk around as other places near Parque 93

The atmosphere, the restaurant, the security was great. Good area, I felt safe

All ok except for breakfast which is considered basic for Bogota. In addition during breakfast staff were really slow today replenish finished breakfast items like scrambled eggs, also slow in offering eggs. Staff at the restaurant of the wing we stayed was definitely not a the nice standard we have experienced in Bogotá.

We stay the weekend with family.we rented two suites they were spacious and clean,though one them was missing a mini fridge.the breakfast was pretty good and the service was excellent.the only negative thing was that they changed an extra tax that wasn’t in the bill,but the manager was able to resolve it.Overall I will definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

My flight was canceled due to a maintenance issue. I was not able to make my vacation planned. The hotel refused to give me any of the $700 back for my vacation being canceled.

The hotel was very modern. The staff was extrememly nice and they were very accommodating.
