Zu wenig Liegen am Pool. Belegte Plätze, die nicht genutzt wurden. Sonst nur Sitzplätze.

Pros:

La posizione era comoda per raggiungere Brickell e la struttura nel complesso era moderna. Il personale e il direttore Cristian si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e hanno risolto in maniera eccellente dei piccoli problemi riscontrati durante il soggiorno.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e purtroppo c’è stato un rumore nelle mattinate che non ci ha fatto dormire, nonostante questo il direttore si è dimostrato all altezza e ha trovato una soluzione al problema.

Genel olarak iyiydi muhammet bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederim son gün tuvalette sorun oldu yapmaya çalıştılar ama olmadı tekrae geldiler yine olmadı son gün olduğu için sıkıntı değildi ama kalsaydık sorun olurdu halledemediler

We reported that the phone charger in the room was broken, but they didn't replace it, they didn't provide water in the room daily, and they sell everything for money. In short, the hotel does not meet the 4 star standard. Everything in the hotel is paid, even parking.

Cons:

Il condizionatore non poteva essere spento con un telecomando ma direttamente dal monitor sul muro. Il parcheggio potrebbe essere gratis per gli ospiti dell’albergo
