Hotel Maya

El hotel esta cerrado desde el año pasado. Es una falta de respeto con los usuarios de esta pagina que sean tan inresponsable en el sentido de verificar la información que brindan

The hotel is very centrally located, right on the main strip. Easy walk to everything you need. Hotel itself is nice enough. Teh main staff were terrible. First they acted as if they had no booking for us. When I showed it to them on my phone, they grumbled amongst themselves without adressing us, until finally the female rudely walked past us with key in hand. She turned and gestured as if we should have known to follow her. Mind you, I speak perfectly good Spanish. She opened the door to our room and left. Only one guy at the front desk wad cordial in three nights' stay. The service staff were friendly and breakfast was fine. No one tells you the place next door is a club that parties 'til 3 or 4 in the morning. We did not sleep much because the music echoes around the pool area outside the room from the upstairs bar adjacent! If you party, this place is for you...free music at your pool all night! We don't. The hotel also seems to change names weekly. Not sure how they stay on Hotels.com. We booked as Hotel Maya...phone said enjoying your stau at donkey somrthing...2 days later while writing this it says something else...happy travels!

Det bästa med hotellet var att det var nära centrum. Men sedan var det inte så mycket mer. Ett stort hotell men med få gäster och inte så jätte ren pool. AC:n var bedrövlig funkade knappt och lät väldigt högt. Kunde inte ha på den på natten på grund av ljudet så man kunde inte sova för att det var så högt ljud.

New name Surfing Donkey Dulce. A considerable amount of confusion when I arrived. The old name that Expedia uses is now the name of another facility some distance away. Fortunately, my reservation was at the Surfing Donkey Dulce. There is also a Surfing Donkey Beach property a few blocks away. Neighboring properties have loud music all evening long. Be sure and get a room that does not have walls that are joined to these neighbor's. The staff was nice and moved me.

We stayed 3 nights, room vas very small, but the Hotel was nice with the pool. We would book again.

Good budget hotel now named Surfing Donkey, furniture is minimal but clean comfortable bed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pool is perfect for a dip. location is ideal for enjoying all the restaurants and bars of Calzada street without being too close to the noise. 5 blocks from Central park.

Granada is my hometown, but it is such a magical place. The staff was great, helpful and accommodating.

Nos dieron habitación justo en la piscina y nos dicen que había poolparty hasta las 12, pusieron musica altísima, no pudinos descansar, encima no había nadie enbla fiesta y la música seguía sonando, a laa mañana siguiente el desayuno era a las 7,00 cuando fuimos a desayunar nos dicen que la chica que da desayunos no habia llegado y ninguna explicación ni solución, nos fuinos sin dormir bien y sin desayunar y a nadie del.personal parecia inportarle.

Bra service och läge men skulle behöva en renovering.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hotel Estancia Mar Dulce in Granada. The location is perfect for sight-seeing, restaurants, and night life. The pool was refreshing and the room was air conditioned. The staff were very friendly and overall, the service was good. The only things we were not crazy about were that the bed was old/uncomfortable and there was quite a bit of loud talking outside the room in the early morning hours (6am). These things would not dissuade us from staying here again though.

Great location for the price.
