The property is very clean and located at a very comfortable vicinity. Easy means of transportation, restaurants, and shops. Staff are so friendly and professional.

Breakfast was very nice with lots of options as expected for a hotel of that standard.
unfortunately we were told that complimentary breakfast was not included because we made the reservation through Booking.com. We had to pay out of pocket ($29 per person).
Bath in room is dated and may be dangerous from slippage, especially for the elderly. awkward to get out of the bath due to positioning of the glass partition wall.
very good location for high speed rialway, and convenient to get food. The service was wonderful during our whole stay.
酒店就在南港站樓上，地點超級方便；客房空間寬敞，雖然有更換枕頭的服務，但櫃檯沒有跟我們提及，所以睡前才看到，就沒有使用這個服務了，不然原本附的枕頭真是睡不太習慣，小可惜!
早餐是我吃過種類最豐富的酒店自助餐了，居然有刈包和傳統飯糰，滷肉飯也好吃，這裡很多國際旅客，可藉此讓他們品嘗到台灣傳統美食很不錯!
櫃檯的服務人員態度很棒很喜歡~下雨天也可以借傘很貼心!
行政酒廊的食物品項覺得還好，下次若有再來，應該是不會想要再多花錢升等了，和其他飯店的差太多
最差最差的就是吹風機的問題，一個大品牌國際酒店，結果用超爛的吹風機，雖然是飛利浦，但風量真的是極小，連男生都覺得風量小的程度，使用體感是比手持電風扇小風量還小。

本身剛好對香水過敏，所以對大廳的香水味會比較敏感。同行的友人無特殊表示。
