Étape de notre Roadtrip en Crète, l’hôtel est idéalement situé et divisé en de jolis bungalows.
Certains méritent une rénovation donc renseignez-vous avant votre séjour.
On a adoré manger dans les restaurants du complexe. Un régal qui a embelli notre séjour
On a trouvé dommage la quantité de gobelets en carton utilisés pour les boissons.
Et les capsules à café non fournies dans les chambres avec machine Nespresso. J’ai dû en acheter pour pouvoir boire un café au réveil sur le balcon.

Hôtel digne d’un 5*. Tout est mis en place pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances

Das Buffet ist sehr vielfältig, abwechslungsreich, sehr lecker!
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, zwei grosse Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, zwei Badezimmer. Sehr komfortabel für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Jungs.
Wegen COVID war das Hotel nur zur Hälfte belegt.
Das Baden im Meer am hoteleigenen Strand ist nicht so angenehm, weil der Boden felsig ist.

The property is dated but relatively well maintained.
The problem with this place is that one can get breakfast, or 3 meal plan but apparently there is an exclusive plan as well.
What does this mean? It means that while you can preety much have any drink at breakfast (water (sparkling), any juice, coffee, hot chocolate etc) if you sign of for the 3 meal plan any form of drink for lunch or supper is charged to your room!

Utterry ridlcuous and a scam.
It is in fact against the law ot deny anyone a glass of water if they ask for one at any restaurant in Canada, but apparently not so in Greece. Furthermore, one is hounded by staff for our room number at every meal and then the pressure to purchase a drink.

They even go so far as to put boards around the water, juice, coffee that they setup for breakfast so that you can't access those.

We fell into this trap for teh frist meal and were gobsmacked y the fact that water is deemed to lie outside of the three meal subscription.
And watch your bill! we were charged for drinks we did not take. I refused to pay, I asked the duty manager to show me the chits bearing my signature confirming that I had taken a drink (that the servers hounded one for) and of course he could not.
Slimy behaviour, some of the servers are dishonest.
I discussed this with numerous other customers and many intended to complain. Don;t get me wrong, if I wanted a beer or a glass of wine, I would expect to pay; water, juice, coffee on a 3 meal plan? No!

This is a 2 star resort not a five star as advertised

Très bon hotel et chambre spacieuse. Mériterait toutefois un petit coup de neuf. Les chambres n’ont pas été faites 2x pendant la semaine, nous avons dû le demander mais ils sont venus rapidement. La nourriture était très bonne et variée. En sachant que l’hotel fermage ses portes une semaine après.

Lovely staff, comfy beds, dark rooms. We had a lovely time. It just needs a bit of a refresh.

Зашли в номер 1052, в холодильнике обнаружили грязное полотенце, а в сейфе 5 пустых пачек от сигарет Парламент.
Спасибо Альбине из гостевой службы, она быстро организовала уборку.
Отель в общем на твёрдую четвёрку. Питание разнообразное, но много поваров молодёжи, приготовление пищи у которых оставляет желать лучшего, так всю неделю наблюдали за приготовлением яичницы, которая у повара то прилипала, то пригорала.
Не понравился заход в море, без тапочек не обойтись. Зато рядом прекрасная лагуна, ходили каждый вечер туда купаться!

Fantastic holiday destination, friendly staff, nice welcoming, and great food.
As a beach resort, rooms come with ants/insects included, require spraying all the time.

arrivée tardive 1h du matin et pas de clim dans la chambre (défectueuse) il faisait quand même 27°, frigo pas dégivré la porte ne se fermée pas donc pas moyen de mettre de l'eau au frais et lit d'appoint cassé. Bien-sur tout a été changé le lendemain mais faut sans cesse réclamer, jusqu'au serviettes dans la chambre que la femme de ménage oubliait de remettre. Pour le buffet , j’avais pris demi-pension et je regrette profondément pas bon du tout, une usine à bouffe, limite écoeurant nous avons finalement arrêté d'y aller au bout du 2ème jour et nous nous rendions au restaurant de l’hôtel que je payer. Bref pas digne d'un 5 étoile mis à par la piscine avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Not sure who rated it 5'star but from my experience this hotel falls way short of 5 star, more 3 heading towards 4.

Ein Eldorado für Kinder! Pools, Rutschen, Spiele, Mini-Disco etc.
Stretching-, Yoga- und Pilates-Lektionen tun gut. :-)

Great hotel, location, food, service, staff and facilities. My only real criticism is the rooms, restaurants and bars are getting a little tired and could do with a refurbishment sometime soon. Don't get me wrong, it's still a really good resort, it's just that I Didn't expect it to be quite so tired looking compared to the website photos and expected a little better for the price I paid; I'd still highly recommend the resort though

We went as a family of three and we loved the hotel. The complex was beautifully laid out and the gardens were all very well maintained. The hotel is on a slope so almost every view has a seaview. Our room had a rustic charm but was cleaned daily and well maintained. We had a room with it's own private pool and a stones throw away from the beach. The pools are all salt water and are very clean. They have their own prviate beach which was very convenient.The staff could not be faulted and were very friendly and always happy to help with a sense of urgency. The food in the evenings was delicious and varied so expect your waistline to be affected. We never go back to the same hotel twice but in this case this would be the exception. I would highly recommend this hotel to both families and couples.

Hotel kamers zijn netjes, beetje verouderd wat betreft interieur. Zitje buiten is groot genoeg voor 2 a 3 personen. Onze kamer lag dicht bij de zee, dus zeer aangenaam. Ontbijt was prima. We zijn in het najaar geweest dus niet meer zo druk. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Het hele complex werd zeer goed schoongemaakt.

Unser Aufenthalt in Aldemar Knossos Royal wurde mit vielfältigen und sehr unterhaltsamen Hotelangeboten und Ausstattungen sehr belohnt. Das Hotel passt sich an den Umweltstandard an und das schätzen wir sehr. Das Service Personal sei es an der Rezeption, Room Cleaning oder Restaurant ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit, unaufdringlich und kompetent.

J'ai séjourné du 29 aout au 4 septembre 2016 dans cet hôtel, le bilan en est excellent:

Appréciation générale de l'hôtel : 4.5/5 : L'hôtel présente de nombreuses piscines, avec une plage privée, de nombreux restaurants excellents, plusieurs activés (aquatiques, sportives, fitness), un coiffeur, un mini super marché, et même un photographe pour une séance shooting (la photo demeure toutefois chers à l'unité)
Tout est fait pour vous détendre!

Personnel : 5/5 : Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et chaleureux.

Buffet de l'hôtel : 2.5/5 : Petite faiblesse de l'hôtel à mon goût : Vous trouverez tout ce ce que vous voulez en terme de plats, mais gustativement, ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 etoiles, sans parler de l'eau qui est infecte et qui nous oblige à payer des bouteilles d'eau à 2€ l'unité
En revanche, les restaurants dans l'hôtel sont excellents
ps : Dommage que le petit déjeuner qui se termine à 10h30, il faudrait le rallonger d'une heure pour ceux qui veulent dormir en le matin en vacances

Chambres 4/5 : Les chambres sont bien aménagés et propres

Activités : 4/5 : Les animateurs sont au top. Ils proposent des activités très sympa (beach voley, water voley, football, cours de yoga, fitness, etc).
Vous trouverez également des activités sportives (jet ski, bouées, plongée, etc)

Voila, un hôtel à faire sans hésitation
