verouderd en niet goed onderhouden. Bad en vloer van bungalow nog vuil. Eten was nooit echt warm. Grote en ruime zwembaden. Goede variatie van het eten op de verschillende plaatsen. goede animatie.

Sehr schöne und weitreichende Anlage mit unheimlich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Hotel und die Infrastruktur sind sehr gepflegt, gerade wenn man die Belegungsfrequenz, gerade in der Hauptferienzeit, berücksichtigt. Das Essen ist vielfältig, wiederholt sich im Hauptrestaurant nach einer Woche. Es wird allgemein viel im Cretan Village geboten. Wir kommen wieder.

First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back,

We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped.

Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.

Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers.

Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre.

The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids.

Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff are super friendly, all inclusive is good value, plenty of space and we had the most glorious weather!

Wonderful Family Holiday at Mitsi Cretan Village - Service Shines!
We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Mitsi Cretan Village with our 3-year-old toddler, and overall, we had a truly lovely family holiday.
The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff and service, which genuinely felt like a proper 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and hospitable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The layout of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the various pools. As a family hotel, you should expect children and a lively atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We wouldn't necessarily recommend this resort for couples or friends seeking a quieter getaway. We would also recommend requesting a room in the quieter parts of the hotel. We were initially allocated a room above the main bar, which was quite noisy. The best rooms are likely located on either side of the complex. However, it's worth noting that regardless of your room location, there will likely be some level of activity going on until at least 10 pm.
Our little one absolutely loved the kids' areas, especially the fantastic pools. The kids' corner was also very welcoming, and the activities they had planned looked very interesting, with the children seeming thoroughly engaged. There were also plenty of

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war super (All-inklusive), abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber, so dass das wenig auffällt.
Das meer super sauber und toll.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen wird allerdings im Jahr 2027 saniert. Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es springen mehr Führungskräfte wie Mitarbeiter rum

Le logement était très bien et heureusement en Crête la musique s arrête à 23 heures.
Par contre quel gaspillage de nourriture pour certaines personnes...l hôtel avait mis une affiche pour informer 4 kilogrammes de nourriture gâcher pour une semaine par personne. Elle a été arrachée... le club coralia ne s occupe que des français qui ont le bracelet Club Coralia...le personnel de l hôtel est très discret tout en étant aux petits soins et serviables.
