Again Kudos to staff. Our room had some water issues and they upgrade us to Kings Room. Very clean and very well maintained

Reception staff Victor eas amazing. He went beyond to upgrade me and gave me all the services.
Location is good I walked 3 miles every direction without a hitch.

Really a nice place, quiet and well organized, excellent staff!

Room was dark only window was to the interior hall which we couldn’t open as people walked all day. Bed small and room very tiny even though it had a small living area the room seem claustrophobic

Fist day we go out come back exhausted at 6:30PM to find the room was NOT cleaned. Missed my hair apt as I couldn't shower got no real apology. For a 5 star I expect a lot more

Well, like everything else in life all good things come to an end. I’ve been staying in this hotel for five years, it is the only hotel that I stay in when I come to Cochabamba. And just like everything else in Bolivia they start off really well and then quality goes down the hole with time. My room and everybody’s room to my understanding comes with free breakfast. When I went to go have breakfast they told me it was not included in my room, and that I had to pay for it. That’s OK cause it’s not that good anyway so I went to go eat somewhere else. I stayed for two nights and I could not used to pull any of the two nights. They tell me they’re heating it up and it takes one whole day to heat up. I stayed here from Thursday through Friday there’s not much to do in this town, and every time I come here I stay in the pool most of the time. Don’t give me that crap! Plus the guy that took care of me at the beginning when I checked in was clueless on customer service. What a shame that once a good hotel is turning to crap 💩!!!!

El Hotel no tiene ingreso funcional al garaje.

El comedor del desayuno parece adaptado y el servicio está a cargo de una sola persona, por lo que no se remplazan las bandejas de comida a tiempo.

La piscina es pequeña y los ambientes del sauna no tienen una limpieza adecuada.

El pasillo de la habitación que nos tocó tenía mesas obstruyendo el paso y cables del aire acondicionado colgando por la pared.

Buen servicio, buena comida. Las habitaciones no están de acuerdo al precio.

Mala experiencia, el aire acondicionado de mi habitación durante los 2 días de estadía no funcionó y a una temperatura de 30 grados es algo fatal, no cuentan con personal de mantenimiento permanente, así que su solución fue prestarme un ventilador. El horario del desayuno es muy poco conveniente, ya que empieza desde las 7 am y si viajas de negocios, debes salir temprano a cumplir tus citas.

Probably one of the best places in Cochabamba. Very central, clean and modern. Staff is extremely friendly and the public spaces are very inviting to spend time there.

where do i start?! I almost break my neck 5 times slipping on the floor because everywhere is so slippery. You have to buy bottled water, they do not provide even one bottle for the room. The cleaning ladies will come to clean the room and then leave the windows open allowing anyone to enter and I had thousands of dollars of equipment in my room, even after I asked them to not open the window they still did it. Most of the plugs do not work so we had to share one plug to charge our phones and laptops. The worst part I had a very early flight but they put a big party with lots of screaming young girls until late at night so I could not sleep. Not worth the price.

Excelente localização , funcionarios muito atenciosos , custo e beneficio excelente , café da manha maravilhoso.

Muito desagradável, quarto somente com janelas para o corredor, meu quarto era no 3* andar e o hotel não possui elevador.
Goteiras pelo saguão. Tem alguns quartos que no trajeto você passa por área descoberta. A saída deságua do chuveiro estava entupida, onde inundou todo o banheiro.

Es muy buen hotel, el personal es atento, amable y siempre estan a disposicion para que tenga una buena estadia

La atención ha sido amable en todo tiempo. Sin embargo la parte de infraestructura necesita mejorar. Al ducharte se moja todo el baño. Para llegar al bloque D, hay que salir a un camino que no tiene techo y encima resbaladizo cuando llueve.
