Pros:

Отель находится на одной из центральных улиц, рядом несколько торговых центров. Есть где погулять, на этой же улице крассивая аллея, по которой можно дайте до центра.Номер чистый, обслуживание оперативное, вкусные завтраки.

Пора сделать ремонт
Pros:

Когда-то отель был, наверняка, очень хорош, но назрела острая необходимость его отремонтировать: плитка качается, из стены торчат провода прямо рядом с входной дверью (номер 208), на огромном окне в санузле отсутствуют жалюзи - совсем (представляю, что довелось повидать в окно жителям дома напротив), сантехника и держатели полотенец - на последнем издыхании, москитных сеток нет. Из приятного - вежливый персонал, вкусный завтрак, питьевая бутилированная вода в номерах, симпатичный внутренний дворик. Указатель ведет на огороженную автостоянку за отелем, которая: небесплатна (как в описании отеля) и совсем без подтверждающих документов (100 руб/ночь в руки сторожу).

Персонал Отеля - залог его процветания)))
Pros:

Очень приятно порадовал отзывчивый персонал дежурные администраторы Марина и Татьяна) питание в ресторане отеля недорогое и вкусное) Повар Александр профи) Ему отдельные слова благодарности за приготовленный напиток из корня имбиря, лимона и меда - этот народный энергетик поддержал наши силы) Хорошая работа официантов в ресторане) В целом все хорошо) Был 5 суток в одноместном 328 в конце мая 2017)))

Советский отель и состояние соответствующее. Неплохой завтрак, но за дополнительную плату.
