Ich war sehr traurig zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder ☺️
Pros:

Die Dachterrase bot eine entspannende und wohltuende Atmosphäre, die Mitarbeiter*innen waren zuvorkommend und höflich! Wir durften auch unser Gepäck dort für unseren Auslug nach Tyrona für mehrere Tage lagern. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, die Dusche angenehm und die Klimaanlage bot Abkühlung!

Sehr gute Lage für Stadtbesichtigungen, aber mit wenig Aufwand zu verbessern
Pros:

Wir hatten zum Glück das Zimmer 202 mit Blick ins Grüne, ruhig (alle Klimaanlagen waren etwas weiter entfernt) und gut zu lüften. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns ausreichend. Besonders schön fand ich, daß wir mit dem selbst zubereiteten Essen oben auf der Dachterrasse gemütlich sitzen konnten, mit Aussicht und dem Getöse der Stadt etwas entfernt. Das Bad war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Fußboden und der Tisch im Zimmer hatten Flecken, waren also nicht richtig geputzt worden. Die Couch und das zweite Bett waren kaputt, zum Glück brauchten wir sie nicht benutzen.

Sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt in Santa Marta
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, aber trotzdem in einer relativ ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Autoverkehr. Alles war sauber , die Klimaanlage leise und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Gepäck während unserer Wanderung zur Ciudad Perdida dort auch ohne Probleme lagern.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit - es gab keine Tassen im Appartement.

Location - in the middle of old town

Cons:

No personnel present after 7pm. Key code didn't work, contact phone numbers were not able to reach anybody. As a result at 10pm we almost got stranded out. We happened to run into cleaning crew who helped and gave us a key to the room.

Magnífica!

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y acogedoras, la habitación es muy espaciosa, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, el personal es muy amable y atento.
