Pros:

Localisé dans le centre ville, beau hôtel avec un l’infrastructure toute à fait correcte: ascenseurs, chambres correctes, douche avec bonne pression, restauration etc…

Cons:

Chambres un peu brouillantes, internet était très instables dans la chambre

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très courtois et il cherche à aider pour toute question. L'immeuble a un très joli style du début du 20ième siècle (un côté art décoratif).

J’ai passé un court séjour dans cet hôtel confortable et idéalement situé. Tout était parfait, du cadre agréable au service exceptionnel. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste Najwa, qui m’a accueilli chaleureusement, m’a aidé à trouver une adresse précise, et s’est arrangée pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner très tôt. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Never again….such a bad experience

Walked in and the person at the reception kept me waiting 10 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge me, after he acknowledged me he kept stopping my check in process to talk to other staff and other guests about other things, I made a point of writing his name down. The customer service was very very poor.
I had requested two single beds as I was coming with my daughter, this was confirmed and agreed a month before arrival. On arrival the hotel claimed there was none, however within minutes that changed to, yes one has become available. Did they expect me to share with my daughter??
My daughter the last day wanted to reprogram me the room key, again reception didn’t even look at her for 2/3 minutes or acknowledge she was waiting. So it seems a definite issue and the staff seemed arrogant.
The coup de Grace was the fact we thought we would have dinner at the hotel restaurant as it was late, so order as part of a meal a Diet Coke, now a soft drink in a shop outside the hotel costs 7 MAD, so I assumed it would be the same or maybe a bit more …..they charged 100 yes one hundred MAD for a soft drink, so 15 x more than the cost of a shop.
So 2 soft drinks cost 200 MAD!!!!!!!!!!!
Even a 5 star restaurant only charges 20 MAD for them but no not this hotel they think it’s acceptable to charge 100 MAD per soft drink .
Would not come to this hotel ever again. As the staff are arrogant, ignorant and the charge for coke is daylight robbery,
The only plus side is the location otherwise it has absolutely nothing going for it.

In response to the Hotels reply...the reception area was completely empty at the time i checked in, i took a picture / photo and if the hotel wants it then i can provide it, it is a lie to say a group were checking in.

Also it doesnt excuse fact that my daughter was completely ignored too when she wanted a key reprogrammimg.
