Un court séjour cette fois-ci, mais toujours aussi agréable.
Pros:

Je viens dans cet hôtel pour la troisième année et je suis satisfaite de l'accueil, des renseignements fournis et des aides éventuelles. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est copieux et offre beaucoup de diversité quant à la chambre elle est d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieuse, la literie est parfaite. Donc rien de négatif a signaler.

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est le restaurant AZOUR. Les mets que j'ai dégustés sont très bons et je recommande. Le problème est lié au service. Mon dernier repas, il m'a fallu aller réclamer mon dessert alors que j'avais terminé le plat principal depuis plus 1/2 heure. Mon dessert se composait un amlou/glace et pour le déguster, je n'avais que la fourchette qui m'avait servi pour le plat de résistance et un couteau. J'ai donc dû aller chercher une cuillère (c'est plus pratique pour déguster une glace :)) A la décharge du restaurant, je pense que le serveur était débutant et/ou en stage avec un petit manque de jugeote. Mais bon sans rancune

We had a wonderful stay, comfortable room and perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent and extremely convenient for travelers. It is only about a one-minute walk from the Railway Station, making it very easy for us to travel. The accessibility to public transportation saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip.

Cons:

A simple suggestion for improvement would be to provide a water heater kettle in the room, if possible, so guests can conveniently prepare tea or coffee at night or during their stay.
