Cons:

Je suis un client avec une réservation confirmée dans cet hôtel. J’ai stationné ma voiture sur le parking avant de m’absenter pour la prière du vendredi. À mon retour, le réceptionniste et le gardien m’ont traité de manière irrespectueuse, comme si j’étais un fraudeur, sans même vérifier que j’étais client.

Malgré mes explications, ils m’ont facturé 100 dirhams pour à peine une heure de parking, ce qui est totalement injustifié pour un client de l’établissement.

Un manque évident de professionnalisme, de respect et de gestion client.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Tolle Lage im Stadtzentrum, war schon mehrfach da und komme immer gerne wieder

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein, ist sehr einfach. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und manche Reparaturen sind mal notwendig zu erledigen
