Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

We’ve stayed at many Russian hotels before and this one was by many means the best. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and willing to listen and immediately respond to our every request. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very tasty and breakfast buffet had a nice selection of meals. I can’t even think of a single thing that went wrong during our stay. Everything was just perfect.
