Pros:

A very good hotel with an excellent location. The rooftop pool stays open until late in the evening, which is very convenient after a hot day.

I usually go to this hotel when I go to GZ for work.
This time I want to express my appreciation for Mr. Cason Chen at the reception for being extremely proactive and effective in solving some issues with receipts!

Pros:

i always have to call to reception to ask shampoo for 2 people not only for one person as order always for two persons.

Generally glad to stay there as it's big for us.
Pros:

The size is great. We got a free upgrade. The washing machine was the best.

Cons:

The room was quite stinky cos the whole building has no non-smoking ones. Just need to put air diffuser and it was better. Bed is quite hard. And the room was dusty.

Good location, spacious room

Cons:

Booked specifically for the pool. we weren’t allowed to use it when there was a slight drop of the rain, and you have to buy a swimming cap for for $30 yuan to use it too (which does’t work, hair was soaked..)

Pros:

Staff , location all good, thanks for a great introduction to Guangzhou

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like , but I would have maybe preferred a high floor room if available, the beautiful 2 bedroom apartment was not needed as I was on my own , but its not a complaint just observation.

Bad service and bad location
Cons:

I paid an extra RMB1240 for 3pax room but without extra bed. If I need extra bed I have to pay extra rmb280 per night. This is very unreasonable. Very bad service and bad location.

Habitacion de dos departamentos muy comoda.
Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Todo muy bien nada que criticar.
Único detalle que si bien tiene cocina, no tiene nada de equipamiento (vasos, cubiertos, etc)
