het hotel zal ooit wel waauw geweest zijn, maar het heeft een grondige onderhoudsbeurt nodig; daardoor lijkt het nu wat overpriced. badkamer had een vreemde geur en airco maakte lawaai en kon niet in de kamer geregeld worden.

Pros:

Buena ubicación. Habitación con baño amplia y cama grande. Personal muy amable. Un aspecto muy positivo es la opción de aparcamiento del Hotel. Aire acondicionado.

Muy buena estancia
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, porque aunque haya mucha cuesta en la ciudad, está muy bien conectado con las cintas/escaleras mecánicas y con un ascensor, por lo que se hace muy fácil llegar. El personal fue muy amable y el hotel tiene parking gratuito que hay que reservar con antelación, que es ideal porque no suele haber mucha zona de aparcamiento libre cerca del hotel.

Cons:

Quizá lo único que el cabezal de la ducha no funcionaba del todo bien ya que se salía un poco el agua por la pared y casi no salía agua por los agujeros, aunque a parte tenía una alcachofa que sí funcionaba, por lo que pudimos ducharnos bien igualmente.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé Santender , très belle ville à visiter , bcp de restauration abordable . . Hotel tès bien situé dans la vieille ville, accessible en voiture mais aussi par des escalators, Nous avons apprécié cet hotel dans la relation client, la propreté , le parking
