L accueil est top et de très bon conseil.
La situation géographique est très bonne. Près du centre-ville et au calme.
Un vrai atout le parking.
Nous avions une chambre sous les toits au dernier étage. Il y faisait très très chaud malgré la climatisation. Ventilation bruyante et peu efficace. Nous avons très mal dormi. Info donnée à la réception qui nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Regret de ne pas l avoir fait.
La ubicación es bastante buena si quieres caminar o pasear por la ciudad. Literalmente está a 5 minutos del centro y la zona de Cañadio. El personal súper simpático y agradable.
Nos tocó dormir en la habitación 108. Habitación interior con una ventana que daba a un patio interior. Muy poca luz natural y además la habitación olía fuerte a químico de limpieza pero sin oler bien. Nos defraudó por completo, no era lo que esperábamos. También pedimos una cama doble y al llegar eran dos individuales.

Very well appointed hotel and very welcoming staff. All facilities (bed, bathroom etc.) first rate.
Location gave us good views - only 10 minutes from the promenade - but not set in the nicest area.
Great hotel, lovely friendly helpful multi lingual staff. Especially enjoyed chatting in reception with Wali about mutual interests. Thankyou to the hotel staff providing very good choice for breakfast and the housekeeping staff for their really thorough work. Made my stay in such.high heat 42° enjoyable Muchas Gracias Todo

Hotel molto carino, collocato in cima ad una collinetta, vicino al centro di Santander. Camera molto bella, pulita, con vista sulla città e l'oceano. Colazione buona. Abbiamo parcheggiato riservando il posto, si scende con ascensore.
Poor quality, old and tired .
Not clean in common areas , not clean in the room . Dusty , not matching the pictures.
With disgusting breakfast, not managing even to get the proper coffee machine
Property was bad .
Best thing about the hotel was super smart receptionist fast and helpful , smiley and pleasant ( long black hair lady ) .She was only a good part of the stay

The hotel is very well located though the immediate area is a bit scrappy. Short walk into the old town and seafront though.
Our room was large and comfortable and the included breakfast was good.
There is secure parking for our motorcycles and the staff were happy that they and our luggage stayed until our afternoon ferry.
El personal era muy amable y la cama era muy cómoda.
La presión del agua de la ducha era un poco floja para mí gusto, pero no supuso ningún problema o inconveniencia.
