Locatie van hotel ligt mooi en je bent snel in het centrum met (rol)trappen. Parkeren was prima, maar wel een beetje krap in de garage, maar goed we hadden plek 😉. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spraken goed engels. Kamer was knus en warm en airco werkte maar maakt veel lawaai (ook in de laagste stand). Klein raam op de kamer met uitzicht op niks.
Airco werkte niet goed. Hadden een kamer naast de lift, en deze hoor je erg goed als je het raam vd kamer open hebt.

Favoloso! la stanza era enorme, estremamente comoda e con una vista pazzesca su Santander. Il letto era molto comodo e la colazione molto buona con scelta di prodotti dolci e salati. Il parcheggio per l'auto per noi è stato fondamentale. Il personale è super gentile e accogliente, ti forniscono una mappa della zona con tutte le indicazioni su dove mangiare e le distanze dei principali posti da visitare. La zona era tranquilla molto vicina al centro. Sebbene sia in salita, ci sono una scala mobile e un ascensore (proprio di fronte all'hotel). Super consigliatissimo, ci è dispiaciuto poter stare solo una notte!

Auf den Bildern wird suggeriert, dass man ein großes Fenster mit Stadt- und Meerblick hat. Tatsächlich hatten wir ein Zimmer, das einem Kellerraum ähnlich war mit einem Fenster zu einem Schacht mit Klimaanlagen. Die Dusche war kaum nutzbar. Kein Safe/ kein Kühlschrank/ Minibar

The breakfast was not too good. Little choice. The bed was comfortable and the room pleasant. Staff were polite and helpful. The cost of the room had tripled from our last visit a few months ago.

Room was massive (502) and very quiet. Had a fantastic view of the whole bay, from its high vantage point. Location was okay but this part of Santander is very hilly and there are a lot of steps down to the main restaurant/bar area. There is an outside lift (clearly often used as a urinal) to get you up or down by two road levels, a couple of minutes from the hotel.
Breakfast room/cafeteria need decorating and the furniture needs updating. Breakfast itself was disappointing although there was some very nice apple pie. Could not fit our car in the car lift, to the underground parking, so had to park outside the main entrance. Upon viewing the underground parking it was incredibly tight and only suitable for small cars.
