Our third stay at Hotel Art - that says it all.
Pros:

All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Well located near the harbour front with lots of bars/restaurants. Hotel comfortable with great views from rooms facing the bay. Good breakfast. Provided a great one night stopover for our car tour. This is our third stay at Hotel Art over the last 8 years so that says a lot.

Très bien situé pour visiter la Cantabrie, et aussi pour visiter la ville
Pros:

Hôtel situé à mi hauteur à Santander, petites rues pour y accéder. Accès facile à la zone maritime par un "itinéraire mécanique", tapis roulant, escalator, ascenseur, une dizaine de minute.
Il faut réserver une place de parking gratuit. Accès au garage par un ascenseur à voiture, citadines bienvenues... SUV, compliqué...
Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, mais machine à café, consommables offerts.
Personnel sympathique et accueillant.
Petit déjeuner correct, mais machine à café très lente.

La ubicación muy buena y el garaje

Cons:

La habitación era pequeñísima para dos personas y la cama demasiado incómoda (muy muy blanda, nada más tumbarte te hundías) y no tenía neverita.
Las calidades dejaban bastante que desear; la ducha medio suelta, el esmalte de la puerta del baño levantado por la humedad, toallas rotas…

Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio. Por dentro está reformado y las instalaciones están bastante nuevas. Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito, que en realidad es un sitio en la calle, pero una vez reservado, te lo guardan. Está bien ubicado cerca del puerto.

Cons:

No hay nevera en la habitación. Las vistas eran a un callejón, que prácticamente era como no disponer de ventana en la habitación, era muy oscura. No tiene servicio de restauración excepto para el desayuno. No hay nevera en la habitación.

Struttura abbastanza comoda al centro grazie all'ascensore e alle scale mobili che aiutano nel ritorno, vista la conformazione di Santander, camera e bagno adeguati. Parcheggio disponible in garage sotterraneo (con ascensore) o all'aperto sotto la struttura. Zona tranquilla. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Molti dettagli quali maniglie delle porte, accessori del bagno, avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione o di essere sostituiti. La macchina per il caffè a capsule a disposizione in camera non funziona e nonostante fosse stato segnalato allo staff il problema non è stato risolto.

Pros:

A huge shout out to the staff for going above and beyond to help us out! They were so kind kind and helpful and warm. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to wherever you want to go. The place feels very arty and lovely. I would stay there again in a minute!
