Week end en amoureux. Hôtel très bien placé avec un personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. On recommande les yeux fermés.

Chambre humide, confiner, mal éclairée.
Habitación cómoda y luminosa. Buena cama. Cafetera, te, café y algunas cositas dulces de cortesía. Está en zona elevada; nosotros no conocíamos la ciudad y nos preocupo el tener que subir tremenda pendiente, pero no hay problema...hay escaleras mecánicas en algunas calles y ascensor (enfrente del hotel). Muy recomendable para conocer Santander

The Hotel itself is quirky but lovely - immaculately clean . The staff were friendly and excellent throughout. The close proximity to the City centre was great.being able to park at the hotel was a huge bonus. Easy walk to lots of bars and restaurants.
If driving - roads are a little tight as you approach the Hotel because of the closeness to the City Centre.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a few things not working in the room and it was repaired immediately. Staff was responsive. However, a cupboard hanger and shower that are broken are things that should be repaired prior to guest arriving. Beds were comfortable
The hotel environment is very quiet.
The hotel is a bit worn out. The pictures look better than reality.
Breakfast was not good at all. Low quality and often processed food. A real pity.
