Parkeren was goed geregeld en heel goed ontbijt.
Goede uitleg van de receptionist wat er te beleven was in Santander.
Centrum via lift en roltrappen goed te bereiken en op de kamer niets aan te merken.

Wonderful staff but hotel needs renovations.
Pros:

The best things were the helpful staff which go out of their way to help you. Has an elevator and free parking. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Rooms extra small, air conditioning a trickle of cool air not suited for hot days. Many things falling apart: windows, lights, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, etc. Not recommended at all.
