Très bon hôtel.
Chambre spacieuse
Instalaciones muy modernas, cama muy amplia y cómoda, baño y habitación muy grande. Muy buenas vistas.

El personal fue muy agradable y atento. El desayuno está bastante bien.
La limpieza. No se repuso papel higiénico y la toalla de ducha estaba rasgada y muy desgastada. Además la cama no era nada cómoda

Habitación amplia, cómoda, bien equipada, buenas vistas, cama enorme y muy cómoda... Y todo ello decorado con buen gusto.
El parking incluido es un punto a favor.
El personal es muy atento y amable.
La ubicación está bastante bien pues a pocos minutos caminando tienes variedad de bares y restaurantes, así como tiendas de alimentos.
Todo, su desayuno muy rico y variado!!

The location uphill
El parking incluido es un punto. La ubicación esta en la parte alta de la ciudad pero en nada bajas a la zona de ambiente y todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad y a la vez no se oye nada por la noche. La habitación no era muy grande,pero el baño muy amplio, la terraza en verano tiene que ser muy agradable para descansar.. El desayuno muy bueno y completo y el personal muy simpático y amable, no se puede pedir más por el precio, volvería sin dudarlo
La almohada se me hizo un poco dura pero reconozco que es porque a mí me gustan más blandas y tampoco pregunté si tenían otra así que en parte culpa mía
Colazione: la colazione era ottima, anche se la macchina del caffè si è guastata proprio il primo giorno di colazione (ma non è certamente colpa dell'hotel!).
Letto: il letto confortevole.
L'hotel complessivamente è buono e la camera a noi assegnata era molto ampia, per questo motivo non si capisce il perché mancasse un secondo piano di appoggio per una seconda valigia (mancanza tipica di molti hotel!) necessario se si viaggia in due con due valige.
Anche l'armadio aveva pochissime grucce nonostante fosse una camera matrimoniale!
In bagno, seppur ampio, mancava il bidet e il termoarredo elettrico non si capiva come farlo funzionare.
The property was beautifully presented and staff were extremely helpful and engaging. Bed was comfortable and room was a decent size.
The location was outside the centre and a good hill walk balk albeit there are escalators outdoors to help with some of the walk back.

Fabulous room on top floor ( think it might be too hot in summer) Reception staff are exceptional. Location is interesting, up the hill but travelator, lift and escalator make going up easy. Useful to have off road parking.
