The service was good, but the room was small and no dresser, so we were living out of our suitcases. The internet is questionable in security and a hassle making you relogin if you turn the device off.

Pros:

me and my partner booked 2 rooms and when we checked in the rooms given were not adjoining. The room facing the main street, is very noisy. Hard to sleep in. Location is pretty good. There is a laundry mat just opposite the hotel.

Great location next to the Malin plaza market and a restaurant and coffee shop open for breakfast. Close to Maya Mall and Nimman as well ! Staff is very nice too.

The Core is very conveniently located near Doi Suthep and Chiang Mai University. It is almost next door to Seven Fountains Jesuit Retreat Center. Recommend getting room including breakfast which is very good. Pool is nice although only 11 meters long. I do 100 laps every day for 1 km and have the pool to myself. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Rooms are modern. Parts of the are still under construction like the rooftop garden and restaurant. The hotel is a 15 min walk from Maya and right outside the door is the night market which is a cool place to walk around, shop and grab a bite.
