For a hotel in the heart of the city the price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Easy access to many attractions including the Wall. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Food in the hotel was ver good.

Cons:

The toilet flush in our ensuite was difficult to operate.

That good of a hotel and location we are going back again next year.
Pros:

Location was absolutely tremendous hence I've rebooked for a future stay.
Plus was lovely and the staff were so friendly and welcoming in every way.

Pros:

Location great very central. Staff more than helpful, great receptionist,very friendly.
Room great, very comfortable bed, hotel very clean.
Didn't have the opportunity to eat, but had coffee and scones and they were first class.
Would definitely stay again if travelling to Londonderry.
