Great location at the top of the diamond. Very clean, elegant and calm atmosphere. Really sophisticated. We had a very luxurious suite- wish we could have spent more time. The staff were so professional and couldn't be any more hospitable (top quality) 👏 . We will return again for the 5th time. Food was delicious.
I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful hotel and it’s wonderful team. The reception team, namely Kays and Claire were so helpful and thoughtful, during our stay. My son became unwell during our visit and they were so hospitable and concerned it made the world of difference to our stay in Derry.

Had another lovely stay in the Bishops Gate Hotel; fantastic front-of-house staff. Really helpful and very friendly.
We will definitely be back; it's our go-to hotel in Londonderry. Evening meal was so good, great selection and great service. Breakfast had a great selection that suits everybody. Again, different staff for the morning, but all great service given,
