Absolutely fantastic and fabulous.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional, staff were friendly and could not do enough for us. It was clean and tidy and the hotel is in a suburb location with only a short walking distance to the local bars and restaurants. The concierge was an absolute gentleman who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend the Bishop’s gate hotel, and cannot wait to go back.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike

Our absolute go to in Derry - best staff ever!
Pros:

It’s a beautiful building and very well set out. We had an accessible room due to my mother’s mobility and it was excellent. The thing that sets this hotel apart from many others is the wonderful staff - Stephanie and Kayci on reception were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us so well as did Michael in the restaurant/bar. All the staff were helpful and polite and super keen to ensure you had the best stay and we did. Second time we’ve stayed there and we will be back. Thanks all xx

Cons:

Possibly a bit more storage space in the room but not a deal breaker👍👍

Very easily accessed in the city and within walking distance of everything
Pros:

Room was spacious. However we we not warned that the room was wheelchair accessible. We had coffee and scone on arrival which was delicious. Ladies at check-in were very friendly and helpful as the room was not handed back when we arrived. When room was available the check-in staff organised our luggage in the room

Cons:

As the bathroom was wheelchair accessible- it didn’t suit our requirements, and no space and poor light for applying makeup.
No full length mirror in the room that we could see.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, would highly recommend.
Pros:

The decor and the location. The staff very friendly and professional. Food was exceptional and service also.

Cons:

Just me, but I find hotel mattresses too firm. If one could request a softer one the. I would give 10/10.

Pros:

Loved the friendly staff and the atmosphere beautiful breakfast.

Cons:

Booked a deluxe king room I was disappointed with the actual size of the room it was very cramped and small. The bathroom was a good size but had a shower over the bath the rubber along the glass door obviously has aged so when showering the glass kept falling in on me and hitting my elbow or head. To be honest I have stayed in the merchant for around the same amount of money and it was a different level of luxury..
