Good location
The exit sign was inside the room and was lit up the entire night. It was incredibly bright inside the room. I tried to block the sign but it was still so bright.

早餐說有餐點可使用，但前面客人若用餐完沒食物就不會再補，7:00開放，7:30就幾乎完全沒有東西吃了，比我住過的青年旅舍還糟糕，告知服務人員還會補餐，至少會補到9:30分，才開放不到30分鐘就沒有，還先搶先贏，感覺很好笑那後面起床的像笨蛋一樣⋯⋯

Exit 燈箱太光，好影響睡覺
Location was excellent, just across the street from the metro and a 10 min walk to the shilin night market
Very modern, clean, quiet, and spacious room with the room being cleaned daily
Friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast was disappointing, they offered yogurt, coffee, and bread on a first come, first serve basis.
They were better off not offering it at all so that I could give them a 10/10 but I had to doc a point because of that.

The location was convenient since its right across from the train station and was about an 8-10 minute walk to the night market.
There is no front desk after 10 pm. The balcony room is extremely small and uncomfortable. There is a fire escape sign (same size as an emergency exit sign) in the room that stay’s illuminated all day and night making it hard to get a good night rest. Add the road noise and any rest is impossible. The hotel staff was unhelpful and even though we had agreed to downgrade our girls’ room so that they can be close to our room, the hotel refused to offer reimbursement of the room cost difference. We weren’t given much of a choice especially when they initially was going to put our teen girls in a separate building than ours. When we requested that they be put in the same building, we were told that it would have to be different floors since they only had 1 balcony room per floor and my booking was for two. I had requested that the rooms were close to each other at the time of booking. Had the staff bothered to tell me that it wouldn’t be possible with the rooms I booked then I could’ve looked at my options then. Instead I wasn’t told this until we got to the hotel, 3 months after our booking. We travelled a lot and this ranks up there as the worse hotel we’ve stayed in. Don’t believe the positive reviews or anything that suggests this to be a good hotel. Would not recommend!!!!!!!
