Pros:

員工態度非常好很親切客氣，辛苦了

Cons:

房間煙味很重尤其毛巾,小插曲就是沒有熱水等很久但員工也盡力協調排除
只是下次建議有其他對策
而不是一直讓櫃檯和客人道歉畢竟他們也很無奈

早餐餐點很好入住兩天餐廳服務很客氣。

Cons:

房間有蚊子，反應給櫃檯給電蚊液，結果蚊子還是打了好幾隻，隔音也很差客人在走道說話都清清楚楚，礦泉水入住也沒告知要櫃檯拿，後來才告知，還有洗澡蓮蓬頭水壓好小（503）。

櫃檯人員服務態度良好
第二天原本已經過了早餐時間，所以原本只是打算裝個水，但因為餐廳還沒收，所以餐廳人員問我們有沒有要用餐，還特地從廚房把剛收進去的餐點拿回來給我們用

浴室熱水不太穩定 出水量偏小 浴室地板靠近浴缸側會積水無法流到排水孔
枕頭太軟 躺下去是會直接包到耳朵 需要兩個枕頭墊起來才比較好睡
房間空調無法設定溫度 開了就會一路降到17,8度
睡了三天房間都有蚊子

Good but expected a bit more
Pros:

Location is good, as it’s not far from the train station, you can easily reach the hotel in 7-10 min on foot max. There’s also a bus stop just near the hotel, so you can move around the city easily. However keep in mind that most rooms are situated from the street side, so it may be quite noisy. I was using earplugs during the night.

Cons:

No soap in the bathroom for some reason. The furniture and bathroom fittings are quite old. There was rust on the mirror.
Breakfast options may seem a bit limited, but it’s not a big deal though.
