Everything and would like a manager from booking . Com to contact me asap! I have left several emails and messages and have had zero support!!

The room wasn’t clean at all. There was hair everywhere, including in the bathroom, and they even gave us a used toilet roll. The bed was broken, and despite paying for a parking space, someone else took our spot. When we contacted the hotel, they did nothing to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and not what we expected.

The lift was out of order, I have MS so it was hard getting my cases up. Tea and coffee available but no cutlery to even stir it, couldn't get the tv to work, the shower plug had murky water with floating scum in it so couldn't even have a shower and the walls were so thin you could hear every door that opened, every person that passed the corridor and up the stairs as well as traffic and noise from outside. Lasted one night was meant to be there for 6. Even before checking out early my reserved car spot had someone else's registration on so could've been clamped!

I had no towel and had to ask. Then I had no toilet roll and had to ask. I had to clean the last tenants empty bottles and used tissues and put them in a bin outside the door - I could smell the alcohol! I informed reception - nothing! The bin was finally taken away and replaced. The mug in my room had lipstick on it. The sheet had a hole in it. The shower had to be held, the holder was broken. The toilet overflowed from the cistern when I flushed it - flowing into the room below - they had to be moved. At this point I decided to use the toilet in the lobby - it is out of order (as is the lift)! When I reported that the toilet was overflowing I was told that the customers below were gone so I could continue to flush 😳 The tea and coffee area in the lobby is awful - the water not always boiled! During my stay housecleaning never checked my room - no new towels (despite one of them being used to soak up the water from the cistern)! Don’t do as I did read the reviews before booking!

The room was outdated,.the toilet seat was broken. The room was dirty and tv broken. No bar or food available. Would not recommend

First of all the photos online do not represent the hotel in Newquay.

The public areas within the hotel were disgusting, it smelt extremely unpleasant and was dirty.

The guests toilets in the foyer were obscene. In a horrendous state and not clean.

The bedroom was very dated, dirty and not pleasant to stay in. To the point my wife became extremely upset. We attempted to move but nowhere available due to Boardmasters weekend.

Are room had no towels. The hotel couldn't physically supply us with towels until gone 36 hours into our visit, no care was given to this from the staff, no alternate solution was provided. Even at this, we had to still ask for them.

This hotel is definitely not worth it's price and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy stay here. Absolutely awful.

Heavily stained carpet. Dirty windows inside and out. Curtains mismatched and hanging off the rails. Toilet was full of hair. The shower door did not close. The water in the shower was dangerously hot. Bed linen was stained. Sheets were not fitted properly. Huge desert spoon was provided to stir tea and coffee. Tv was wall mounted but wonkey, and the power cable was too short to reach the socket. So it could not be used.

In disrepair. No restaurant. Very very poor condition

No towel in the bathroom, faeces in the toilet, bird poo all over the window, carpet dirty, bathroom very run-down.
Staff on arrival were friendly, but staff on checkout were rude and seemed annoyed at having to work.
No staff were available in the evening when support was immediately needed. Only a phone number to call, but nobody on site.
Overall, a disgusting place to stay.
The price is in no way justified.
