Will be staying again!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay! Atta and his colleagues were so friendly, they made us and our dog feel so welcome! Someone was always at the desk to help with whatever we needed. Location is amazing, looking directly out the ocean and walking distance from all the town beaches and amenities.

Einfaches, aber empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, Danke! Für uns war außerdem die Lage des Hotels super, nah an der Küste und die City gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir haben darüber hinweg gesehen.

Beresford the Beach Hotel!
Pros:

Great central position overlooking the beach. All staff are highly attentive from receptionists to the room servicing team, making my young daughter feel very special.
Really good value for budget money with the best of beaches and the town centre a few minutes walk away.

Cons:

No negatives here!

Ok for a budget base. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Super location over looking the beautiful beach.
The lady behind reception is lovely and helpful.

Cons:

Dirty carpets, rooms are basic, chipped furniture, damaged doors, needs a deep clean and decorating throughout.
No restaurant or bar open.
Hotel is cold and the heating is operated on a times which is not on long enough to heat the hotel.
